You don't. You can influence and change other's subconscious through magick and acts but you don't "hack" it. There's no le sekrit backdoor that makes everything easy for this.

I'm a very liberal guru, so I will give you a solution for your question.
First, do you understand what Buddha meant? I think not, because you had to know that all of your mind is an illusion and if your consciousness is trapped in this illusion you will suffer and you will be separated from the rest of your consciousness.
If you want to hack someone's subconsciousness, the easiest way is to use hypnosis or NLP. It would take you some time to learn it. If you want to understand how hypnosis works you have to become a master of your own mind first.
If you want to use magic, this would be exactly the same thing, as you learn to program your own subconscious with self-hypnosis.
For me it is a little bit of fishing in the dark, because I don't know what you want to achieve? Because your pic and your question is misleading?
