Ok /x/, this is probably a thread for lit but i'm hoping to get some good recs from you guys.
since September I started spending more nights reading. I wanted to rediscover what got me into the spooky stuff in the first place. so I manage to round up a good chunk of my horror/sci-fi library in order to re-read shit. and i'm going waaay back to elementary school (far left) going into middle school, high school and the now. i'm currently half way through house of leaves (end right) it's kinda small now but this is what has survived through like 6 houses and 3 live in gfs
so what are some good books I should add to my meager library?

not him, and Gibson isnt really /x/ related... but since youre an /x/ phile youll probably like Idoru which is abotu machine sentience. I might also suggest All Tomorrows Parties since it deals with group thought and corporate powers and stuff. If you're just into the sci-fi you have to read Neuromancer as it was his breakthrough novel, it hasn't really aged well though, he grossly underestimated the influence of the internet, and the development of hardware.
Try out Burning Chrome if you just want to get a taste of his style, its all short stories.
