>>17322848 Ok, let me give this a try. In the first one, I assume the two guys are the murderers.
The second one, the narrator says he locked the door with deadbolt AND chain, yet someone managed to enter by just unlocking the dead bolt. I can't say if his terror at the end was from seeing the chain and remembering that fact and realizing it's a ghost, or if he saw the chain broken from an intruder cutting it.
The next one... I'm stumped. who WAS phone?
the next one I've heard before, the mother was hiding the bodies to keep her son out of trouble. fuck that narrator.
next one, whether she forgot to lock the door or not, the place was trashed and the door was locked when she got there, implying the intruder is still inside
I believe the friend was the one who hit him, and he intends to do it again.
I don't know why, but I liked this next one. Anyways, the train is about either crash, blow up, or get gassed. Either way, everyone there is going to die within the next 5 minutes.
I never got this one, unless the guy was put INTO the crate with the prize money.
Simple maths for the elevator. capacity of 9 adults. listed occupants are; adults: narrator, old woman, her husband, college student, businessman, and a mom (6 adults), and kids: 2 elementary schoolers, the baby on the mothers back, the one holding her hand, and then the last girl in white (5 kids, one of which is a baby). if you round the kids to being about half an adult each, you get a count of 8 1/2 (or just 8 if you don't count the baby). It's passed the 9 person limit because the missing person's body is on top of the elevator.
It takes some special effects or clever camera tricks to take a picture of a mirror without any reflection of the cameraman.
Narrator is the murderer. Not just for being relieved at the lack of ghosts, but "I could STILL* see the blood on the walls". How else would he have seen the blood on the walls in the first place?
>>17323020 the "arriving at the foot of a mountain" may have been them coming off the mountain. I'm thinking they were already dead from the rock slide. How would the rock slide have happened, death toll confirmed, and news on the scene in the short amount of time between departing the bus and getting their meals?
>>17323064 that's not even a riddle, that guy is just stupid as shit. Of course, having a thing for crazy stalker chicks, I'd probably do something even more stupid, like knocking on the closet while saying "come here often, beautiful?"
2. the man stood on a block of ice (a similar murder took place in an episode of detective conan)
3. double jeopardy, or the sister is dead...? not sure
4. the doctor is the mother? having trouble figuring out why they were taken to different hospitals, though... am I missing something here?
6. yeah, totally don't get it. Is it saying the frog is dead, or is it trying to say like "dead-center"? Also, frogs are amphibious, so a few meters of water isn't any problem... I'm missing something critical, a little help?
7. fucking stumped
8. Were the tire tracks from a wheelchair?
9. there was only one plane ticket. If she didn't expect the husband to be murdered, there would be 2.
10. the room with the lions. If they haven't eaten in 3 years, then they already died from starvation (M. Night twist: zombie lions)
11. Elementary, my dear Watson. The maid is the culprit. It doesn't take the great Sherlocke Holmes to know that mail doesn't run on Sundays.
>>17323076 i think the third one is, his dead relatives were calling him right before he died, and then they told him to make sure he called tatsuya as the last message. like tatsuya's scheduled to die next.
>>17322857 >1
He already turned all the lights on, yet when he comes back the room was dark and he had to flip the lightswitch again
>2
The guy telling the story says he was afraid it was human meat, but then knows it isn't human meat after tasting it. In other words, he has tasted human meat before and is a cannibal. himself.
>3
The shelves were against the wall, yet he sees a girl on the other side of the shelves
>4
It is implied that he killed his roommate to study his body
>5
The woman is obviously running from something, implying she's being chased. Whatever is chasing her, it is coming down the stairs as it could not have taken the elevator
>>17322870 >6
It wasn't suicide. After all, someone else would need to send the email to the girlfriend because, yknow, the boyfriend just died
>7
The girlfriend is a pillow? A cum rag? Can't think of any other possibility
>8
The person screaming was the burglar. He didn't kill the family, but the story-teller likely did. He was probably in the shower to wash off the blood. The biggest hint is the fact that the burglar opts NOT to attack and kill the storyteller as well, but rather rungs away in fear
>9
Storyteller implies all wives were killed by alcohol, but the third one didn't drink. It is implied that the storyteller was drunk himself and pushed her down the stairs
>10
Notice how it says it "knocked out all the lights in my room", yet he "had to rely on the light from the TV to get dressed"
Gonna post the rest in a minute. I never knew there were more than 3 of these "scary riddles" pictures! Might take a while to figure out the rest.
>>17322876 >11 The murderer wasn't just moving his finger, he was counting the floors of the apartment building all the way up to the old woman's apartment.
>12 The TV wasn't turned on yet, so he wasn't pointing at the president. Rather, he was pointing to the reflection of his mother. That, or the president was JFK, but that aint spook
>13 Americans and Brits count floors differently. She thinks she's on the third floor, but she's actually on the second floor where the murderer is
>14 His job means he's always on the train. Likely he's the one driving it. The woman "appeared in front of him", meaning she committed suicide on the rails. The guy probably doesn't remember her face because she went sploosh
>15 The wife thought her husband was at the door, but brought a fucking butcher knife with her to answer the door. She planned to murder him, rather than a burglar.
>>17323071 the 6th one got me really stumped for some time until I really thinked it through
"He" isn't the frog. Frog is slang for "french". The frog isn't a dead animal in the middle of the island, it's a french man's corpse. "He" is the murderer and doesn't want to stumble upon the corpse again. So the best way to take into mainland is north; not because it is the shortest but because it is the one in which he won't have to see the corpse
I don't know if this one's the right answer (I really doubt it, knowing the bullshit nature of these things) but I really cannot think of anything else
>>17323196 >>17323207 >he killed 4 people >there are 4 people in his family >they just "lie around" all day >they let him out because he's "cured" He killed his family but thinks theyre still alive so hes obviously not "cured"
>>17323128 Nah, the brother killed the sister after she killed the parents. "The psychic talks to the dead" only has any place if she is dead. It explains why he just stares at her. This is the best i have
>>17324330 He killed his family after he got out of prison. He never explicitly stated that he went to prison for the murders or why he was in prison at all.
He said he killed four people, but he played with his little brother before he went to prison, which means his little brother must've been alive before he went, meaning the max number of people he could've killed before going to prison would be 3, not 4, which is inconsistent with the story unless the murders happened after he got out
>>17322848 Still don't get the 3rd one. Is tatsuya adopted, that's why he specifically says "his" parents died when they were little? Which is why the college students parents were still able to call him. Is it meant to imply that tatsuya killed his parents when he was little and then killed his "brother" also, since it seems like he was the last person he contacted? Because that seems like a pretty far reaching answer. Wtf am I missing?
>>17322848 >1 the house they explored wasn't abandoned, they're breaking in >2 Chain can't be unlocked/locked from the outside >3 I think he may have been adopted? >4 the mother hid the bodies >5 He didn't lock the door when he left, but it was locked when he came back, so the burglar is still inside >6 I'm sure the friend is the one who hit him, but the only implication i can get is "next time" >7 Open and shut He saw those same numbers above their heads as he guessed, implying they will all die within the next five minutes >8 No clue Is he put inside the box? then how is he supposed to use the tools? Is the prize the money he gave the man? then what are the boxes? >9 Another anon said the weight doesn't add up to above 9 adults, so there's a body on top of the elevator, that's all i can figure >10 cameraman is not in the photo >11 3 people in the story, four people didn't see anything
>>17322848 For #3, I think its because Tatsuya is also dead. First his mother wanted to talk to him directly (mother is dead), then his father wanted him to talk to his grandfather (probably dead), and lastly he was told to call Tatsuya.
>>17323074 >2 seems a lot like one of the other stories in this thread, where the twst was he killed his family, but this one says he killed 5 people, and names only 3 family members, so i dunno, maybe the parent's bosses? >3 It's set up backwards, unfortunately the story doesn't make proper sense being read regular way >4 tv wasn't on yet, kid was pointing at his parent's reflection >5 he's in england, so "second floor" is the second above ground level >6 so she already had the knife when she opened the door? that's kind of stupid, if she was going to kill him, why not wait until he was inside? >7 who sent the message? >8 I guess it is as another guy said, narrator killed them, but i don't see the implication >9 the building was abandoned but there were people looking down on them >10 he's delusional and somehow imagines a mop to be his wife that's just funny >11 doors don't open from the inside >12 he said Final Fantasy "1" how did he know there were going to be future games if it was the first? >13 If he took them right after one another, how come the doll only showed up on one pic? >14 only thing i can figure is that the baby is a corpse >15 I guess the implication is that the diary was updated after her death but i can't see it, as it started when they were married, and only seem to last until half a year later, even though they were married for 4 years
>>17322848 3. The father is dead as we know, the message that his grandfather wanted to see him soon confirms that he was going to die soon. The mother telling the brother to call. Tatsuya means that he is the next one to die.
>>17334274 >Yeah, but why would she take back the wish Because her wish just made her innocent biological parents disappear for no reason and now she never gets the chance to meet them. Plus she may not have been adopted, she might have been kidnapped as a small child, hence why the "parents" treat her like shit
>>17337127 He's speaking to himself while looking into the mirror, filled with his self-loathing over being such a lazy shitposter. He tries to follow his own advice, but screws that up too, like everything else in his life, and continues to live on, miserable and alone. The only time he ever feels a bit of joy in his life is when he wastes five hours shitposting non-stop on random image boards.
>>17323071 >1- Kid is legless, but how the fuck would you know outside of any post in this thread? Maybe the brat likes Football. >2- Ice block hanging, it's actually a pretty neat suicide if the water dries up before people find the body. >3- Murder suicide? Imaginary sister? Judge and sister are homies? >4- Man kidnapped the son? Either way, that's complete bs. I worked at a hospital, and have NEVER heard of inability to do surgery relating to any conflict of interest based on relationship to patient. >5- Astronaut >6- North? Dead ON the island, no difference which way it wants to swim. Dead center island like someone said, North. >7- Weapon in the living mans backpack? If body has impact damage, can assume like another said- Parachute >8- Wheelchair tire tracks for offroad wheeling? >9- One ticket, 2 people. >10- Lions haven't eaten in 8 years >11- I wanna say the maid because mail doesn't come Sunday, but they're all full of shit. If you have a cook, why would you make breakfast, butler- why would you polish anything, Maid- Maids are always lying. They all hated the Master and wanted him out of the picture?
>>17337608 The point is that the doctor would be too emotionally distraught to perform surgery on her own son, any normal person couldn't go through with something like that. It's like euthanizing a pet when they get too old or too sick, even if you think it's the right thing to do, most people couldn't handle something like that. Just because your autism makes you unable to emulate human emotions doesn't mean they don't exist.
>>17337608 I imagine some surgeons would be able to cope with it, perhaps even thinking they should be more qualified than a stranger working on their child, but I'm sure there are plenty out there who would feel the opposite.
