Thought experiment.
Imagine two alternate universes. Two alternate earths. Two alternate moons.
On one Earth, the moon suddenly has the words scrawled on it, "This is not coincidence," visible to everyone on earth.
On another Earth, the moon suddenly has the words "This is coincidence," scrawled on it, visible to everyone on earth.
These universes are identical in every other regard.
What happens in each universe?
Whats it like to be a man in each of those universes?
Under the multiverse theory, and from the assumption that everything thats concievable
What is the difference of the sums of one mans being from each universe?
What does it imply? What does it mean?
Multiverse theory, and the concept that all concievable possibilities exist in some dimension somewhere no matter how improbable, is what led me to think of this scenario.
Lets say those two dimensions are real. How would the interpretations of the messeges on each respective moon shape the course of civilization?

Assuming that the moon always had those words inscribed, the differences are initially minimal since there would be no way that humans would ever decode the message without the knowledge of the english language and script.

well i tried but if the only difference is the moon nothing on earth is different so everything about life is the same
side nopte the moon doesnt look the same and the wobble should prevent any significant rotation beyond whats needed to continue to orbit earth so why has the moon changed its side facing earth

The txt on each of the moons just appears in the 21st century in perfect english.
Rediculous, I know, but the reaction would be interesting to note in each universe along with the different conclusions ppl would come up with from the slightly different messgs.

The universe where the words say "This is not coincidence" would probably be significantly more paniced, as it might be interpreted as a threat from some super advanced species,showing they are capable of large scale geographical destruction. The universe where the moon reads "This is coincidence" would also be paniced, but view the message as a riddle or puzzle, as it seems less threatening.
