Watch Wind Chill though, for srs. It's from like 2007 and I legitimately enjoyed it. It's good if you're into supernatural horror.

Check out Der Fan.

It's a nasty little German horror flick from the 80s about a young fan who idolizes her new wave pop icon crush a little more than is healthy. There are so many things going on, from the nazi imagery to the unease of spying on a lovely and maladjusted girl kissing posters of her idol. You can feel the dread creeping through the entire movie, even though you know what has to be coming you.

Added bonus: it's got a really stellar soundtrack (if you like new wave).

One of my personal favourites is A Tale of Two Sisters, I recommend that to anyone after a good horror film.

Sinister might be my all time favourite, the music in this movie is just out of this world terrifying and basically makes the whole movie.
Otherwise, I recommend Ringu and Ju-On (Asian "The Ring" and "The Grudge"
