OP here, I have relatives that like in Huntsville and they say that they hear booms that rattle their windows. I think that they are blowing up chemical weapons and things like that just to see if it will have any effect on the people. They are experimenting with chemicals and people.

Well, it's a missile/rocket testing site, so I think it's pretty safe to assume that it's more than likely missiles being tested, oddly enough.

I severely doubt it's anything to do with testing people or anything. Just weapon tests and maybe some chemical shit.
If they do got shit to hide, It's gotta be pretty recent. You used to be able to pretty much just waltz into the place before September 11th My older sister would practice driving on the dirt roads back in the 90s.
