Today at around 1:28PM Eastern Time, and over the next 15 minutes there were 3 "all station, all station" EAMs (characterized by "stand by" phrase) and a 4th that was repeated twice about 10 minutes later, a single coded message lasting over 7 minutes.
In the same half hour-hour, there were 8-9 sonic booms heard and felt along the NJ shoreline. I don't know if they are related, but if they are, perhaps there was some kind of urgent incursion of a military nature taking place?
First there were public denials of jet activity by several nearby bases, then NBC reports it was due to testing of the F35. I'm taking that with a grain of salt. You can read these live updates as they occurred on this page:
1:30 p.m. — Reports of rumblings near the Jersey shore first came out on social media at about 1:30 p.m., with tremors occurring every few minutes for about another hour. Residents in Atlantic, Ocean, Monmouth and Cape May counties seemed to feel most of the shaking. Social media reports indicated that the tremors were felt as far away as Long Island, New York.
4:35 p.m. — While the USGS says it was likely a sonic boom, NORAD, the North American Aerospace Defense Command, disagrees. They reported from its facility in Colorado Springs, Colorado, that there has been no indication of sonic boom activity in the New Jersey area, according to Lt. Commander Richlyn Ivey. "There has been no indication of a sonic boom or anything else at this time."
4:12 p.m. — A public affairs officer with the U.S. Navy in Washington, D.C., suggested that if there were any Navy jets operating in the area, they would have likely come from the Naval Air Station at Patuxent River, Maryland. A media representative at that facility is checking to see if they had aircraft operating in the area this afternoon.
4:06 p.m. —NASA said it was not involved in any tests in the Jersey area Thursday, according to spokesperson Allard Beutel, but had received reports of a military aircraft off the coast of Sea Isle City.
3:50 p.m. — Military officials in New Jersey and Washington said there were no training flights off the coast of New Jersey at the time.
"We are trying to figure out what it possibly could been. We have not for sure identified it," said Wayne Woolley, a spokesman for the Air National Guard in New Jersey. "It's a real mystery."
He said four jets from New Jersey were in the air yesterday afternoon, but "they launched well after" the booms rattled the area.
3:33 p.m. — McGuire Air Force Base said the boom wasn't them this time.
Fort Dix in Central NJ always gives out a week or so notice to the media and they spread the word so people aren't alarmed. I find it extra fishy that the military didn't mention anything until everyone started asking questions on 911 calls/radio stations.
Sources for all this:
What is this /x/???
Government being mysterious again. Media being their typical twat selves. nothing in this thread is paranormal. Come back when you've found someone who says that they saw ayylamos have been spotted on broomstick flying faster than the sound barrier
For those who don't know the radio lingo, here is something to help you out:
Supposed aircraft called the Ghoul entering super-sonic speed, over Russia.
Putin hasn't been seen for 3 days and the nuclear briefcase isn't with him (It was spotted on someone else with someone else apparently)
What's going on in Russia?
> the Ghoul
> nuclear briefcase
Usually a henchman carries one of them, also the prime minister, deputy president and defence minister have a briefcase, or rotate between a briefcase too.
Calm thy shit, son. At best this is political intrigue the way you present it. What about this is paranormal? The impending apocalypse? There is nothing more normal in the world than that.
Fuck no, I'm just a global conflict nerd who has access to public sites and information. I'm looking for a career in global security analysis and am starting a degree for it in a few weeks.
Anyway, here's some sources that I use for you:
> analyses global security as well as threats to the USA:
> highly active and updated messageboard that shows day to day events and "habbening" information:
> shortwave wide band radio receiver based in the Netherlands (for listening to military frequencies, or other):
Happy to answer questions.
Article says it originated in the middle of Jersey. They confirm it was a sonic boom, but also mentioned there was an area out at sea called the test track. Nigger, we're nowhere near the sea.
The sonic boom could be felt and heard all the way up to Connecticut. Shaking windows and houses that people though we're earthquakes. Sonic booms can't produce that much energy and travel that far. Don't worry, the media says it was because of certain atmospheric conditions. Except it's the dead of winter. Sound doesn't travel far in the cold because the air has a higher density or some shit. That's why everything is so much louder (like birds) in the summer.
The closest naval air station has f-16s. No f-35s, which are being tested in arizona. F-18s maybe if they're doing engine block rebuilding or some shit, but why 9 back to back booms? A few flights is plenty of data since most the engin can be tested on the ground in a propulsion lab.
Why did the military deny it for hours but then say it was them? With no proof or any indication they would be flying?
It's all research, and playing around, you lol get the hang of it, do some extra googling and asking around, there's tonnes of free info on this stuff.
But get onto the site, turn on the squelch. The USAF frequencies are (in order of descending popularity):
Tune into them on Upper short band (USB).
You likely won't hear anything for a couple hours on a quiet day, but during busy times, I've seen messages go every couple of minutes, it's all luck.
Usually if there is a coded message on 8992, it will be rebroadcast simultaneously over all other USAF channels.
Occasionally there is a massive signal that blocks 8992, it is misconstrued as "jamming" when in reality it is a European (British I think) over the horizon radar doing a scan, simply switch to 11175 USB to hear the stations.
Also, Google "the Russian buzzer" and tune into 4625 USB to hear it. It's pretty cool and hearing an actual coded message is INCREDIBLY rare (once or twice a year, there was one a couple of months ago that I missed by minutes)
NOTE: the buzzer can only be heard at certain times of day on this site due to daylight and background signal messing up the clarity of transmission.
I can also give you the frequencies of a few French Air Force bases:
All in USB:
And the French AF control tower of the Paris Air Base uses 8992 occasionally to direct planes.
I hope I've helped, screenshot this post to save the info, happy to take questions.
(it is late in Sydney where I am, but I'll open the thread in the morning to answer if I fall asleep.)
>Sound doesn't travel far in the cold because the air has a higher density or some shit
higher density of material = higher speed of sound = travels farther.
that's why sonar pings carry across the ocean.
you retard should do googling before shitting up the earth with your stupidity.
also, there is no way of decoding the transmissions, as it is a one time, throw away cipher that only the military radio operators have. see this picture to learn about skykings EAM's and what is normal and abnormal. >>17287868
Usually busy times indicate something happening in the world.
eg. If you remember when North Korea moved heaps of it's troops to the border last year, I knew something was up by the radios going crazy, then a few hours later some twitter sources etc. by the end of it, mainstream media was reporting it 2 days after the event occurred and I got to feel smug as shit. :>)
Since I am a photoshop enthusiast is is impossible for me to prove you wrong. A screenshot means nothing in this situation. Your only plan of attack left is to claim I do not exist? That is truly worthy of your graduate level desires, mr.....?
Are you implying I am some sort of member of a government?
I'm not an agent or anything like that, i'm a 19 y/o Australian /int/ shiposter doing this course this year:
All the information i've presented is free and open to the public, it just takes a bit of digging.
What I really want is to make a career as a security analyst for a company or government, where i can do what I enjoy and get paid for it, hence why I need the degree.
The info in the degree isn't blocked or anything, But to have the info is one thing, to analyse it and put it into a working perspective is another.
This can also be read as saying that I do not have any of the information required to decrypt your codes. This is true, I'm saying that with all the internet at your disposal you come here to post this shit. for shme
NOBODY HAS THESE CODES RETARD
The codes have the ability to launch legitimate nuclear weapons, All codes used are indecipherable and are thrown away after each use. Not even most radio operators know their meaning.
Trying to get the codes is illegal (and practically impossible).
I wasn't talking about those codes. Algorythm generated decryption still has to get from the user to the recipient somehow. if two copies exist a third can be made. I don't have it though. do you?
I have alkazeltzer but he won't let me give it to him. Sean connery made it sound so easy
Its happening, the truth is spreading
This guy knows their game and now he is a major target
And trust me these guys got hitmen on speed dial, when the economy breaks down and it comes down to the gov't corn-fed mercs vs. the average citizen we all lose
Jade Helm training finished last year Sept. and now its just a matter of time
Pic related, they are shutting down large retail stores in strategic locations anticipating an attack from Russia, a different kind of war just like we saw in Ukraine
Civilization will break down a month after Gun Control Laws are passed after they round it all up, they take out our teeth and claws and put us in our own prison
you cannot get them, as I said. if you can (impossible) somehow decrypt one message, the next one has its codes changes.
the codes are basically A = g
B = u
C = x
and so on and so forth.
The radio operators record the message then find the encryption code in a physical text that is regularly updated with new codes and finally decypher the message, then throw away the used code system.
>foxtrot alpha golf
>authentication juliet kilo
>whiskey alpha romeo
sorry, I had to wait for my slow as fuck photoshop to start.
Thats the plan
Just like in Ukraine, they are arming Mexico and inciting a revolution
Just wait, we will start seeing russian military patches show up soon, by at least August 2016
This is election year for Obama but we won't be getting a new president
> Russian military defeats the US military and citizens and every other country with ties to the USA
> Americans unironically believe this
>Americas secret weapon
>RELEASE THE KRAKEN
there was an insider on ayytchan /pol/ who knew what was really going on behind the scenes. he was about to finish his post but since then he hasnt replied anymore. that was about a few hours ago... something must have happend to him.
holy crap guys the message on 8992 right now was extremely important. the radio guy almost pissed his pants when he broadcasted it and he even swallowed a word in the message. he seemed disturbed as fuck. holy hell.
I was wondering why there was no /x/ thread about this.
An actual potential happening occurred, and this time it wasn't just some "military test" or some shit. It happened for sure, no if ands or butts about it, No one knows what the fuck it was and it was actually something big.
For the first time in a while there's an actual mystery to solve. Can't wait to see how this unfolds.
Go detective /x/
>No f-35s, which are being tested in arizona.
California, Utah, Texas, Maryland, South Carolina, Florida and Nevada all have F35 Test sites according to Lockheed.
>Why did the military deny it for hours but then say it was them?
Because whoever was tasked with responding to media was unaware of what was going on, default response is 'It wasn't us' until they are informed otherwise.
Face it we'll never witness a happening, ever. The most we'll see is a shift in economics and politics but it won't be anything world shattering or liberating. Sorry lads, but the mundane is here to stay.
Assuming we live for atleast 60 years total, there will always be a happening for someone at least once in their life
They probably don't notice it because they have had their sense ripped out by the media and can't think for themselves
>as the end begins the Lords trumpets will call out for all to hear
>yfw you realize this is why the govt is trying to roll out international martial law
>yfw its all because of nibiru
Reminds me of thtime i heard three sonic booms the i saw to weird looking jets that looked like they were shooting stuff st eachother i assumed it was flares or somthing. But the 2 jets didnt look nornal it was 2 years ago and it was stranged. For reference i live out in the middle of nowhere in a farming community
I wish X had a radio thread every night. There is inevitably something creepy/informative/hilarious going on on some channel. Who knows, we could find the next Bloop or Wow or whatever.
>Except it's the dead of winter. Sound doesn't travel far in the cold because the air has a higher density or some shit. That's why everything is so much louder (like birds) in the summer
Uhh this is totally wrong. Sound travels faster in cold (denser) air. And the speed of sound doesn't affect its loudness. The reason things are "louder" in the summer is because snow is highly acoustically absorptive. In winter, when snow is covering the ground, trees and buildings, it muffles a lot of sound.
I think your problem is in assuming that "a happening" is going to be a sudden, easily recognizable, and dramatic.
Europeans colonizing the New World was a world-changing "happening" for the indigenous people, but it took several decades for the full magnitude of it to really set in.
The Refugee Crisis in Europe is "a happening"; it's ruining traditional European sociopolitical culture and driving the rise of nationalist parties across the continent. This will significantly transform the European political landscape, and force serious reforms within European society. It won't be quick, it won't be pretty; I expect bloodshed before June.
The Zika thing is also "a happening", but not for the reasons people think. It won't kill that many people, but it looks like its rendering enormous numbers of newborns sterile. If the virus adapts to the common mosquito, expect to see the virus' viable range quadruple. Again, there won't be mass deaths, but there will likely be high sterility in the incoming generations. If you ask me, a virus that induces sterility is the politically cleanest way to induce population control; no one is being rounded up, no one is being killed, no ones hands are dirty, no one can be blamed.
I dont know, though I've been told they're loading nukes onto the planes preparing for war
theres nothing classified or top secret about that location. It looks like either an EOR (end of runway) Arming pad, or a hot pad, place where bombs are actually put on the aircraft. neither spot would be classified or top secret, they would be restricted, but only for safety purposes. Basically the Air Force only wants people qualified for handling munitions to be in the area around the aircraft when munitions are being handled.
On second look, looking at the equipment around the aircraft, I'm not sure if this aircaft is being armed or just getting fuel tank maintenance. I know the B52 is loaded using trailers and not bomblifts, but I've never been to a B52 base and don't know what these trailers look like. And you'll also notice a large spot between the #6 and #7 engine that wasn't there in the first picture. This leads me to believe they are working on the fuel tanks and spilled fuel everywhere.
If they were loading that plane with nukes, it would be swarming with security forces
8992 and 11175 are both USAF High Frequency Global Communications System frequencies.
In critical/emergency situations, both stations will broadcast Emergency Action Messages. >>17287868
This image details the nature of content of these messages.
If anyone wants to listen in on these frequencies:
1.) Go to http://websdr.ewi.utwente.nl:8901/
2.) In the "Frequency" bar, located beneath the frequency band reader, type in either "8992" or "11175"
3.) In the "Bandwidth" section, located next to the frequency bar, select "USB"
