so i've been hearing this ringing in my room. It is intense and loud and it is not inside my head though I haven't found the source. Here's the weird part, every time I grab my phone to record it it instantly stops. This leads me to believe it is coming from my phone or perhaps my phone's signal messing with some other electronics in my room. Does anyone have any idea what it could be? I haven't found much online but i assure you it is not tinnitus and it is not the standard ringing in your ear that I and i'm sure most of you get from time to time. It is intense high pitched and constant. Any suggestions normal or paranormal would be appreciated.

It's your computer or console internal fan. The reason you think it's your phone, is because you're leaning forwards or moving your head into a position you can hear it when picking the phone up.

These noises started driving me nuts since I got tinnitus. Never used to really notice them til that happened.

I know you dont have tinnitus but you might be getting it soon. Hope you dont get it op.
