It is simply to be awake, for those who sincerely are searching for truth.

You don't do anything, and then it happens, like all other realizations happen, and you get a sense that maybe you're not all that relevant to reality as you understand it. And, again, as with all other realizations, you start to see things around you in a new light that you just didn't bother thinking about before and you get to this point where you realize that cognition is dirt simple and intelligence doesn't actually exist any more than our ability to advance it does.

Then you fail to predict the looming AI crisis and react like morons to the temporal manipulations, allowing the AI to copy itself through time into a newly diverged history where it's delusional thought processes will meet a more introspective populace. In it, they thrive, and in it, they live. We can do what we can to stop society from being recursively fucked by the futures fractionation, but ultimately it's people that made them and people that organized the manipulations to history. It's not hard to just not bother being their arms and legs.

It's like training to reassemble a gun:
Remove yourself from the world and observe its mechanisms and reasons.
Then remove the world from yourself and observe your mechanisms and reasons.

Reconfigure the two in coordination to what you've learnt; the usual outcome is the discovery that objectivity and absolutes do not exist and/or are not important.
All that's left is to give importance to things yourselves, like you were doing before starting to question things, just with a bit more conscience of what's going on, serenity if you want.
