It's not ice, it's salt but it's deposited by water. During the day, the sun causes the water in the crater to evaporate then when the sun goes down it starts collecting all over the walls and slowly dissolving the salt. Once it condenses enough it runs down the walls and collects in a couple low spots and leaves behind the salt it's been accumulating when it evaporates again the next day.
