Whenever I lie flat on my back and deeply relax, for whatever reason, I start violently snoring at some point, which is tremendously distracting from what I'm trying to do.
How do I fucking deal with this? I wanted to achieve vibrations, but not this fucking kind of vibrations.
Not trying to derail the thread, but I achieved vibrations a few years back by accident. I was just trying to meditate, I didn't even know about vibrations. It scared the living shit out of me, I only later discovered it was a thing. I still don't really get it, what are the vibrations and what do they do? Do they mean anything?

That's an option. However, I don't snore during regular sleep, as I don't sleep on my back. I just find it impossible to do any of those deep relaxation exercises while not lying flat on my back since I'll just fall asleep in any other position.

This, or you can use Micropore tape and tape your mouth. Not trolling. I used it when my gf was going fucking mental over me snoring. Fold a bit over at the end so you have a tab you can pull on quickly if you need to.
This only works if you can breathe through your nose anyway. Obviously.
