Does /x/ know of the Varginha incident?

It's most possibly the most detailed documentation of aliens on earth and alien interaction with humans.

>Varginha UFO incident is the name given to a series of events involving the alleged sighting and capture by the military of an extraterrestrial being in Varginha, Brazil, in 1996. Such reports were first broadcast on the Sunday TV show Fantástico of Rede Globo, and quickly gathered extensive media coverage worldwide, including an article in The Wall Street Journal, and has become since then the most famous case in modern Brazilian ufology.

>According to media reports, the creature was first sighted by three women ranging from 14 to 21 years old: sisters Liliane and Valquíria Fátima Silva, and their friend Kátia Andrade Xavier. They allegedly saw the creature in the afternoon of January 20, 1996: A biped about 1.6 metres (5 ft), with a large head and very thin body, with V-shaped feet, brown skin, and large red eyes. It seemed to be wobbly or unsteady, and the girls assumed it was injured or sick. Witnesses[who?] have noted physical similarities between this alleged creature and the chupacabra, a cryptozoological creature reported in Puerto Rico , Central America, and Mexico.

>The Silva sisters say they fled, then told their mother that they had seen the devil. She didn’t believe them at first, but when she went to the area where they had allegedly seen the creature and smelled a strong ammonia-like odor, her opinion changed. After relating their tale to family and friends, rumors began to spread throughout the city: UFOs were sighted, aliens were captured. Two days later, another creature was allegedly found lying along a road.

This incident is basically ultimate proof that aliens exist, regularly visit earth, and that government are hiding this info for our own protection.

Let's watch the documentary and discuss.

In regards to the wasteland creature, an official inquiry led by the Brazilian military authorities revealed in 2010 that the Silva sisters had actually came across a homeless, mentally unstable man nicknamed "Mudinho" covered in mud, and that the military trucks were operating in their normal schedule that night.

As specially when there was a huge crash of a unidentified craft that dozens of people saw. Or do you honestly expect some people to just carry a dead alien's body part with them as a souvenir

Brazilian here.
I think that Brazil has a few of the best and most well documented cases of UFOs and the Alien Hipotesis.

Cases like the "Operação Prato" and "Noite Oficial dos OVNIs no Brasil" are even better than the Rendlesham Forest Case. But on topic...

The Varginha Incident is just as good as Roswell's.
Wich means that there's absolutly physical nothing to it.

In fact, let me get this straighter; Varginha is actually much better than Roswell. You have a couple of poor farmers that had no formal education describe something that looked like a submarine that leaked clouds and made no sounds, one week prior to the sightings.

There were dozens of sightings of UFOs in Varginha during the same week, many recorded by video.

The three most reliable eye-witnesses never said they saw an Alien; they continue to state to this day that they do not know what they saw, and thought in fact that it was a demon. (Pic related, some 3D art i'm working on to illustrate the sighting)

Another eyewitness saw a similar creature in the city Zoo. That very same week, 5 big animals died of complication in the digestive system - wich is very, very, very odd and rare.

A 23 year old policeman confessed to have taken part in the capture of a creature, that scratched his back and under his arm. He died within the week of a infection that could not be identified.

The 3 girls and their close family were visited by foreign men in suits that offered a "bright future" and "a lot of money, cars, college" if the girls went to the media and say that they were lying about what they saw.
>>Roswell is just some people think 40 years after the incident "Hey, remember when the USAD said they got a flying saucer? What if it was fo realz?"
>>The best documentation on the case only has 7 first hand eye-witness
>>None of them say anything alien related, just materials that really were out of their reality
>>
>>17247538

Is it true you sold out to the american government and gave them whatever the brazilian authorities could recover from the crash
>>

>>
>>17246549
The case was never reopened by the military.
It was closed, and the army refuses to comment on it.

In Fact, the army had 3 explanations of the story. Of course, international media has a lot of trouble in translating portuguese, so you got your facts from someone who couldn't read.

Army actually stated that the sightings were of a couple of pregnant dwaves.

Then, a couple of years later, they insisted that the sightning was actually of these gentlemen >>17246614, who are actually well know in the city, specially by the girls who saw the creature first. Their family had a groceries store, and they sold cigarettes to them all the time.

The girls were from an evangelical church, they actually thought they saw the devil.

During that period, the whole south of the state upon wich Varginha rests was having sighthing of UFOs. Many of them were captured on camera, both from amateur and professional cameramen, and some of the footage can be seen on OP's video

>>17247555
We don't know, we can't state that for a fact.
The truth is that there was some unusual military movement in the south of the State, and even Hercules cargo planes and military grade helicopters were deployed to the south of a very farm-based region, where there are no strategic positions for defense exercises.
That's what we can guarantee.

If you're looking for military personal officialy stating that they were cucked by UFOs, check out these cases;

Bingo.

I had a neighbor try to tell me how Obama was going to use executive action to put microchips in our skin. While she sat there and set up her new Android phone with her Gmail account.

I tried to tell her that sub dermal implants are woefully ineffective compared to the phones in our pockets. But, alas, she didn't believe me.

The myth is that NORAD said a UFO would crash in the region on the upcaming weeks. Also, that the corpses went to Unicamp (university) and from there, they went to the Americans.
>>
>>17246670

Eyewitness testimony can be used in court cases, even ones involving the death penalty. Please explain how eyewitness testimony isn't proof enough for something like this. Back in the day it wasn't considered "cool" to see things like UFOs or aliens. It happened every once in a while to people and sometimes those people were traumatized by the experience. The joke about probing had to come from somewhere.
>>
>>17251323

>Eyewitness testimony can be used in court cases, even ones involving the death penalty. Please explain how eyewitness testimony isn't proof enough for something like this.

Eyewitness testimony can be used in court, but in a death penalty case you need FAR MORE than just eyewitness accounts.

Eyewitness accounts, also, tend to be unreliable over time -- or even at the time of reporting.

Anecdotal evidence isn't that great and shouldn't be held too highly.

On the Varginha, the best thing you'll come up with (besides teh eye-witness testimonies), are the video recordings of some UFOs.

On cases like >>17247638, you have radar reports (wich are one of the best kind of evidence, because they can't be faked, just misinterpreted), pictures, videos, audio recordings of events, entire cities being branded by UFOs, and official involvement by brazilian military, with shit ton of official documents written by army personel (mass hysteria if pretty much ruled out if you have more than a thousand people seeing the same shit)

Apparently, the town was attacked by UFO's for a few weeks. Some reported seeing Ayylmao, some reported actually being attacked by lazer-weilding UFO's.

Every fucker gave a different description, every fucker claimed they saw "something", The longer it went on the crazier the stories got. It's what's known as a "UFO flap". A mass panic of people seeing shit that ain't there or just lying for the pure lols.

I call bullshit. There are far more credible UFO reports. This should be tossed in the bin.
>>
>>17245443
It also had 7 varginhas, maybe more
>>
>>17252519
You're confused, that usually happens when you're too stupid to focus on a due subject matter, and memories end up intertwined. You mixed three different UFO cases think they're about OP's, when in fact, none of them are.

The town that was atacked by UFO was actually three municipalities in Northern Brazil, the population of 50,000 habitants got reduced to 10,000 due to people fleeling from the area. The Brazilian Air Force was called in, and they actually did a report over 3,000 pages long, with pictures, videos and radar data of UFOs. Some civilians and military personal stated that they saw aliens, but that's only testimony. Most of the documents and pictures were declassified in 2008, and you can see many online.
