Visions/clairvoyance thread

Don't know if you can help, but I'm 70% sure my house is haunted. Things have gone missing, doors shut on me, low buzzing in my ears and general creepy vibes around the place.

Is there a way I can contact whatever's in my house to find out if there's anything I can do to help them move on?
