Guys is lucid dreaming a real thing? I think I've had some but I'm really not sure if it was a lucid dream or not. It's something I really want to perform correctly.
I heard that this is true. I tried once. No succes.
I used to have lucid dreams when I was a kid. Dont have them anymore though. :(
I have them like almost every day, i could day im very expert when it comes to lucid dreaming, or that I might have mastered it.
Most of the times I lucid dream after waking up and then going back to sleeping on my stomach, I use a medium height pillow, and it gets very tired when I wake up again just like if I was knocked out, this morning I, I really liked it, I was able to meet some old friends on this dream we spoke we jumped etc. It left me with s good feeling but a little bit tired.

lucid dreaming is as real as normal dreaming. its AP that people arent sure about. Lucid dreaming is just what it is names - being lucing in a dream. Its quite easy to do, just takes a bit of practice and determination.

I've basically stopped having nightmares after becoming proficient at lucid dreaming. I just kind of change to another dream or completely alter the one I am having. My last notable nightmare I was being chased by a monster which consisted mostly of fangs, claws and other scary shit. At some point in the dream I realized running wasn't doing shit for me, so I stopped, turned around and stared the fucker down. Then an idea popped into my head, I smiled and said "you're a rabbit".
The monster promptly turned into a rabbit and I went off to explore some jungle temple I made up on the spot.
