A Serbian film is just a shock-fest kinda reverse propaganda that, actually, seems to be doing its' job. It gets people talking about it.
It's so crazy and fucked up that it's bound to always end up on some kind of list.
The director stated himself that the film is a metaphor for the whole society in Serbia, and the "Newborn porn" bit is to show how the government basically fucks you right from the start.
Personally, I thought the film was "meh" since it relied too much on the shock value to have a coherent plot/story.
The overall idea might have been valiant, but it just got muddled in its' own shit.
And frankly, knowing how entire generations will grow up online (with gore threads and shocking images/videos in abundance), by the time this film is due to get its' "cult following" or something, it will be completely irrelevant and forgotten.
