Why does my body increases its temperature when i lay or sit without moving and if i stay like that for 20-30 minutes then start moving i feel
rested? Also sometimes if i do it for too long i start to feel a bit of pressure in my head.

I posted it here mainly because people who do meditations and other stuff might know more about it.
Check out the wim hof method

I know about it but i do the opposite of it which is really light breaths.
That is your chi building up. Usually monks practice for generations just to acheive the slightest sense of it. It seems you have a natural gift and therefore may be on a closer level to enlightenment than the average person. Have you tried meditating? I have been meditating for close to 30 years, along with my other training. I will relate one experience:
During meditation training, I came to a place of deep silence. I was surrounded by light; time and space disappeared. It was a place my master never told me about. I didn’t feel the bliss of enlightenment. Instead, I was surrounded with an endless sorrow.I felt something pulling me back, something I couldn’t leave behind.
The thing for you to figure out if what is holding you back?

christianity even if im really bad at it.
Also sometimes when im laying for longer time i feel like something enters inside me for a split second or some kind of trance but im still aware.

Meditation isn't against Christianity, so long as you aren't practicing mysticism.
And anyone who tells you they're "good" at being a Christian is missing the point of being a Christ follower.
