Is there anything paranormal about sleepwalking? I had an experience

*wondering if anyone had one of their own

I've only done it once as a child (I was maybe five or so, not sure) and it was really anticlimactic. I walked into the kitchen, opened up a pudding, dumped the contents onto the floor and laid down to finish sleeping in the mess.

I never had another episode. Nothing spooky about it, unless you think puddin' packs are supernatural...

Is there anything paranormal about sneezing? I had an experience last night for the first time ever (I'm 20) and if anyone had one of their own.

I used to have night terrors and can recite to you every single detail of the nightmares I was in, as well as what my friends and parents saw. While they were absolutely fucked and terrifying, there was nothing paranormal about it, just some abandonment and sexual abuse issues bud. If you're sleep walking go talk to a doctor, and don't take pills for it just understand what's causing it and get yourself into a deeper sleep state.
