There is several levels of Enlightenment if you want or oneness , a Buddha you could say is very high in the scale, Buddha means teacher , a Bodhisattva is a teacher who refuse to reach Nirvana (a very high stated ) in order to teach terrestrial beings

If you want to be enlighten I recomend the long panoramic path
Meditate your age number ( If 20 years you meditate 20 minutes dialy if 40 years 40 minutes )
Pray before every meditation to God asking for guidance and be mindfull all time posible
