Lads, i think i seen a ufo, or, i don't even fucking know. Pic related. I haven't told anyone because i'm confused as fuck about what i actually seen.
It happened on Saturday morning at about 03:00, in cairngorms national park, at a place called derry lodge. I was wild camping.
I'm not going to type out the full fucking story cause it will look like a shit attempt at copy pasta so i'll just keep it brief.
I got woken up by a weird sound.
Went to take a look, and seen some shit.
Freaked the fuck out, ran back to my tent, packed away as much of my shit is i could (leaving my tent, stove and bedding) and double timed it in the pitch black the entire 6 miles back to the road where i left my car.
This was the best picture i could get. My camera was on full manual and i was fucking panicking so i didn't really want to start messing around with aperture and shutter speed to try get the correct exposure. Luckily my ISO was already set high and i was already focused to infinity. I only took this one picture, and then pussied out. I've tried to improve it in lightroom but you can't see anything.
There were at least 3 distinct lights moving independently, and what appeared to be a solid structure, i couldn't see whether or not it was on the ground due to the fog.
There was an eggy smell and a buzzing noise like straight from the movies, it wasn't excessively loud.
The strangest thing though; as i was running back to my tent, i seen two red dear running in the direction of the lights.
So ye, i don't know what else to say. I'm not telling this to anyone irl because people will think i'm an absolute madman.
I might go back next weekend, during the day and have a look. Maybe my tent is still there.
