Thinking of going to check out rolling hills asylum in the near future. It was once a place that housed the outcasts of society. Having over 1,700 documented deaths its said to be haunted and hosts ghost hunting sessions. Has anyone on /x/ ever been here or have stories on it?

Get as much intel on the place as you can. It may have been abandoned because of structural issues you need to watch out for or asbestos. If the latter is the case, you should bring a p100 asbestos-rated respirator. I also recommend you bring a small first aid kid, a good quality utilitarian pocket knife, a camera, a flashlight, and rope.
Wear gloves and boots. Bring a friend or two if you can.

Its open year round for tours and other events they host there (movie nights, car shows). They do ghost tours during the week and weekend some you do with the owners others on your own depending on how much your willing to pay.
