Is there a method to kinda live again a past experience? you know what I mean? like return mentally to an old situation? I tried to google it, but I didn't found anything.
I miss the old school times and I would like to live again that time.

will take years of meditation if you're lucky, at that point you probably won't care much about whatever you think was so important 3-4 months ago
