What are some popular paranormal events that have been proven fake?
I was so convinced by this when I first saw it years ago too
This one left me feeling disappointed.
The ghost fire girl was faked using a postcard.
I've never seen it before, but how much explanation does it really require?
Some picture circulated of what looked like a ghost girl standing in a fire, but it turns out the image of that girl was just cropped from a postcard.
It was a picture of a swimming elephant. I've known that since a kid.
Here is the uncropped picture. You can see it's much smaller than what the cropped version would tell you.
Scotland is crawling with elephants.
inB4: Circus, yes a circus elephant escaped! Lots of circuses travel to Scotland specifically so they can free graze their elephants there.
If one religion is false, then all religions are false.
Prove Gödel wrong.
>The first incompleteness theorem states that no consistent system of axioms whose theorems can be listed by an "effective procedure" (i.e., any sort of algorithm) is capable of proving all truths about the relations of the natural numbers (arithmetic). For any such system, there will always be statements about the natural numbers that are true, but that are unprovable within the system. The second incompleteness theorem, an extension of the first, shows that such a system cannot demonstrate its own consistency.
>inb4 man says "t-that's not my wife... w-who is that mysterious c-creature...."
wait o shit
Oh, please. The blood is too red and has obviously been squirt on his belly. Not to mention the cheesy dragged handprints in the background. It's obviously some shit from a haunted house or movie.
>he believes everything he sees on the internet
This one is pretty obvious too but people do find it spoopy.
What's obvious about it? That's it's a setup photo? I can certainly say at least that the liquid on the floor does not resemble blood at all. Looks more like the puddles that come from people's boots after they've been walking in the rain or snow.
As for the people all piled up at the end of the car, I can only assume they're just acting?
Not the person you are replying to, but have another pic.... to cure your delusions, of course, because this is definitely not a mannequin.
It's obviously piss. I guess some people have never been on a subway before.
It's a mannequin? If you said it was a homeless guy taking a nap i'd believe you. I've seen filthier homeless than that.
Since everyone is posting spoopy pics, can anyone tell me where this image is from?
You can tell it's fake by the way the family is positioned in the photo. Who's on the right mind to take a picture with asymmetrical proportions? Clearly they reserved a space for the "ghost".
Damn, mate, last time you've made a whole thread about this shit. I told you, that this picture is from some sort of a creepy cartoon as related https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eatHhpkVOns
One of the girls claimed this final photo wasn't a fabrication and even told her kids right up to her death that it was real.
I'll be honest it doesn't look all that realer than the others. It looks a bit different, I suppose.
My aunt had a black guy hiding and living in her attic
Swat team had to come in after they found out he was in there and flush him out of the insulation
>Intruders could come down the chimney, through the mail slot, even hidden in your groceries. Did you change the locks when you moved in? I thought not. All the previous owners of this house could still be in here somewhere.
>Surely you can't put a price on your family's lives
>I didn't think so either but here we are
Turns out he knew my cousin and broke in and hide in the attic for awhile.
On a side note and Much MUCH crazier note my granny had dementia for years and would tell me about weird things she saw and heard. For example she said that their were mexicans in her attic bowling chickens. Yes, Bowling Chickens. RIP Granny
