They will keep is a secret and, without treatment, possibly progress to ACTUALLY HARMING A CHILD.

The safest place for pedos/hebos/etc. to be is UNDER PROPER (MEDICAL) CARE, but again, they're generally not going to go anywhere near said care with people like YOU out there.

What should you do? Report it to the proper authorities if you must and then, from there, LEAVE IT ALONE. Let the professionals deal with this(authoritative figures).

Please, please, PLEASE just try to think about this from this point of view.
