It's not the Elder Sign (from Lovecraft lore) - it's similar but immensely different.

It looks somewhat esoteric - looks very alchemic or astrological. But either they are a complete noob and didn't get the symbols right or they are some sort of tryhard.

If they had really cared about it - they would've put more time, thought, and effort into it's design.

Also, sigils can be difficult to break down if the person who designed it only knows the meaning/purpose.

I used to make those gay little wooden signs for Knott's berry farm. (Calico Wood Signs).

When we got slow I was allowed to literally just dick around and make crap like that, Sometimes I would literally try to make shit look cryptic (google esoteric symbols) and leave them off trail in big parks. At least one of my co workers did the same thing, we actually started leaving satanic themed ones around schools, hoping it'd cause a stir. (2edgy I know)

There's a pretty good possibility it's just someone dicking around. Especially because that one looks like something someone would make in there first 4 minutes of shop class, after watching a few episodes of gravity falls.
