Last thread 404 and OP didn't make a new one yet so I took the liberty of making one.
Thread about the camera and now the bag found in the woods.
>also pic is awesome fanart of OP
There is a lot to summarize, hopefully someone else can do a good job of it
I encourage you to read everything that's been happening and watch the videos if you are interested. It is all worthwhile
>Forever lurking these threads
Will OP ever deliver again?
Haha same here as well.
I did a couple of hours regarding the state of projects involving the area around the port. No construction or anything of that sort as far as I know. I'm interested in investigating that sound because it's the most peculiar part of this whole thing. Might send a few emails/ make some calls (I'm in Canada as well)
>tells new people to read and watch the videos
>doesn't post any links
Come on, nigga.
Yeah figuring out what to ask is going to be interesting
>hey just wondering do u guys make weird noises over there? Or have u heard any?
And yes I was referring to the sound that isn't a plane
Or if you live nearby, you could organize a trip with your friends to the canon location, or the lac woods location, it would be fun, spooky things with friends are always better
Well, but this one just cuts, a siren would go down slowly... maybe some kind horn.
And the original sound sounds like this too:
http://youtu.be/89ujD361b0k?t=57s (direct link to the 57th second) But i'm not saying it's a dinosaur in the woods
That's true it does sound oddly similar.
I can't shake that gritty sound of it though, like a fan/generator/electric type of sound.
It is like comparing a synth and a piano. The sound of a piano is altered throughout an extended note through changes in harmonics etc. This sound is constant in its dynamics.
Hey, didn't op confirm that the video wasn't filmed near the port and it was filmed at Lac wood instead.
That turns the plane into a whole new mystery.
>why would it be flying that low right there, if there is no airport for over a 100 miles.
Where exactly is this "Lac wood"? Couldn't find it on maps. That's a good question, I thought it was the area of woods right next to the airport, and that's the area I was looking at.
Actually there is an airport 1 km away, the argentia base's one
Well siren, horn, animal or dinosaur, the sound it's used for the same reason, alerting people to not go further, so "why?" is the real question, what's there, what this thing or person doesn't want any to see it?
Really confused now. So Lac Wood IS the area just east of the airport? That's what I figured.
I figured the siren was just a sound to notify a plane leaving or incoming or whatever. (Makes a little bit of sense).
Just figured where lac wood is... My god, it's not 1 km... it's 1k km... the videos where shoot on the around the left location, the photos taken on the right... airport is also in the right
Oh! So we can rule out the noise coming from an airport then. I was doing all of my research on Argentia.
That's a pretty big game changer. The sounds could be a forest fire siren?
Well there's an airport 64 km SE from lac wood, i don't know if you could hear a siren from that airport...
Well it's louder, and stronger... it's like differentiating a mammal sound from a reptilian one... could this be part of the "humming" thing that's going on?
Those are all fake, the same audio track copied over hundreds of videos became viral during the whole 2012 happening. The so called "sounds of the sky" or "trumpets of the Apocalypse" were nothing more than derivatives of an admitted hoax coming from a 2008 Ukrainian which added sound effects of the 2005 movie "War of the Worlds"
OP's sound is totally different, it's most likely a guy screaming in the woods with a guttural distortion.
Here's a video of some other faggot doing the exact same shit, you can hear it at around the 3:10 mark, after that it becomes so ridiculous it's laughable:
additionally, I didn't fucking discover that fucking base motherfucker. The only place I found its name from was those fucking posts that kept calling it Argentina.
I'll give you that, I checked those threads and the motherfucker that threw me off was the guy trolling about "malvinas de argentina".
Rest of the time I scanned over this shit without noticing the correct spelling of the name,
No creature could be loud enough to produce that much noise unless it was the size of a whale. Besides, I've heard that exact recording somewhere before so I'm skeptical at best.
>Hey everyone. OP here. I just wanted to let you all know that I'm not dead. I'm going to be taking some time away from posting for a while. The video will still be up at some point. Most likely tomorrow. I will update with videos when I can. Just won't be posting here for awhile. I may make a new thread sometime later on down the road when this one 404s. I want to thank you all for sticking with me and staying interested the whole time. You guys are awesome. You all hold a special place in my heart.
Expect more videos sometime soon.
Goodbye for now
>OP literally admits he is going to take some time to keep forging his elaborate shit
Glad to see you are still retarded teenagers eating whatever shit that's thrown at them /x/
>implying that anything on /x/ is actually real
Dude lighten up, just because its fake doesn't mean it isnt fun, its better than subjecting yourself to all the tarot card reading bullshit or constant creepypasta reposts.
>something may live in forests
It makes me giggle how murican you all are xD
>"... blahblahblah mcdonalds&guns blahblah... IN CANADA"
>as if it's not the second largest country on Earth
No, I was talking about how >>14959922 was using Canada's size as an insult or something towards the US. Canada's uncharted wilderness /does/ bring up questions as to the origin of the sound and everything else.
So I know someone posted in here at the top, but can someone do a decent recap. Even a shitty one made of 4 word sentences.
I saw these but ignored them and now I have to read through the old threads.
More than half is just bickering and unsubstantiated theories or mock theories.
Just if someone who has been here can summarize that'd be great.
Dude, what are you even on about? How the fuck is the size of your wendigo infested country have to do with anything about anything?
OP, now known as Sniffles, found a video camera a while back. He posted the contents on his Youtube channel (chrisvids21) and a video of him returning to the site where he originally found the camera. As he finds more stuff belonging to the original owner of the camera, there's a weird fucking noise like the one in the second video and he bails the fuck out of there.
Canadian faggot goes cycling one day in a route that leads to a dumpster. He finds a handycam in the rubble, takes it home. There are 2 short videos and 22 photographs in the camera, the photos are from an abandoned coastal artillery cannon 64 km from where he found the camera. The first video shows bushes moving with no sound for 18 seconds, the second one shows someone running and dropping the camera, strange noises can be heard in the background the event lasts for 1 minute. There's a third video where OP returns to the place he found the camera. He also finds a bag, containing a CD a glass cutter, a digital camera, a flashlight, a rifle bullet and a bag of candies. He runs after a couple of minutes when he hears a sound similar to the one in the second video. end
>Besides, I've heard that exact recording somewhere before so I'm skeptical at best.
Tell me that you are kidding, please, tell me
Someone was playing Max Payne near sniffles
>the second one is fake
You can... prove it?
Hey everyone. OP here again. I just wanna say sorry about not uploading the video from the CD yet. I actually totally forgot about doing it. anyway it's on it's way up. Should be on my channel soon,
Also cool drawing!
I have other things to do as well and kinda got side tracked. I was gonna upload the video earlier this morning but simply forgot. This video from the CD really isnt anything that seems relevant anyways. But you guys want it so you're gonna get it.
Is it possible that there's some connection via the post-pre-during WW2 cannon thing and Lou Bega song, if it is a song by him?
Lou Bega is originally from Germany... It's sorta stretching it, but thought I'd throw out an idea. In case it happens to become an important thing.
Wat? That's fucking weird.
Well another anon spotted it and it seems like it could be potentially
Christian Weston Chandler
This is the guy who called this an ARG. I've read into the other threads and looked at the vids you have posted. I no longer think this is an ARG, but this is all really bizarre. Looking forward to more updates.
In the video it appears as if you were trying to turn it on to no avail, if you did, it was off camera. Now if it uses replaceable batteries it most likely uses a compact flash memory not sd, and the connection port must be either firewire or mini usb.
what the hell were you running from, anyways?
speakin as someone who is very well acquainted with tornado sirens the sound in his backtracking video is definitely not one
the one from the "unedited" vid could maybe be a fucked up one? idk though it doesn't even sound close to me. especially the one on his last vid. it's too quick to reach its peak, it doesn't have the super low build up tone, it doesn't fade in and out (which most do, as they spin) and it's more wobbly than any siren i've heard before
If there's something in the internal memory there's no need to connect it to a PC, you can see it in the gallery trough the mini display.
Here's the manual:
You're definitely right. That's my desperate attempt at rationalizing the noise. I have no idea what to say about it, even after 3 days now. It certainly sounds *like* a siren. More generator/metallic/brass-like though.
Sniffles discovers what's REALLY in the woods!
imo it sounds like a guy screaming with a doppler effect, meaning he's approaching at high speed.
When someone is on a zipline and they scream that's EXACTLY what it sounds like if you're stationary.
So it could be just a guy screaming and then some simple after effects.
I analyzed the frequency of those two consecutive noises and they are in the same range as the original "scream" meaning this came from the same source. It still sounds like an animal to me though, most likely a bird.
I think it could be the same location. There is quite a bit of foliage where the backpack was found.
Yes and off in the distance!
If you can find a horn that sounds like that, yes. I would agree because the dynamics suggest something of that nature; slow attack/fast release.
There's an artificial source of light aside from the camera, coming from the top left that reflects on the foliage (white dots) so this was shot near a place with florescent lights, most likely the place where we can see the rifle in the wood floor.
Has anyone thought about cross referencing the CD video with anything on the internet? The vaguely credits-like sequence at the end makes it seem like it was intended to be uploaded somewhere, and the fact it's on the CD doesn't necessarily mean it wasn't uploaded. It's a long shot, but just in case.
Well, i'm glad to tell you this:
I Found Michael! There's only one Michael St Croix in this canadian province, and guess where does he lives?
There's the page... it has 2 directions and phones (pic related) and under that you can see where the argentia base is, both directions are like 60 km away
looking in the same site, only one city has a direction for a Michaael St Croix... South River
His direction and phone:
MICHAEL ST CROIX
South River Rd South River, NL
Site where i found it:
I highly suggest that Sniffles do it, but I guess if someone who has a caller ID nowhere near that place and asks if he edited a video or lost a bag, they can go right ahead and potentially look foolish.
Ok more proves of the direction.. i was looking around for a house whit a window like the video one, and a open/closed sign and by far I found the same truck from the video parked nearby (pic related)
So this is how the store/place looks like?
So, if the stuff from the video goes all the way from NFL to Quebec... maybe he was getting footage for a trip montage? I live in Ontario, and have been to all the provinces at least once, though not for more then a day. Closest I saw to anything in Quebec is an old bomber plane on the border.
94 Newfoundland and Labrador 70
Cupids, NL A0A 2B0
94 Newfoundland and Labrador 70
Cupids, NL A0A 2B0Canada
Who's to say those were not removed since the video? The roofs are the same, as shown by my wonderfully drawn circles. Notice the window as well.
Does anyone have any thoughts on this? This is very clearly a silhouette of someone- maybe Michael himself?
I'm basing it because the photos in the first camera that OP found were shot near the argentia base, that is on NL
Actually in Canada there's only 2 Michael St Croix, the other one is in Ontario, and there is various M St Croix (one that lives in NL too, but too far from the locations)
