First video is rather weird, too bad about the sound thing, clearly he was scared at whatever was moving the brushes just a a couple of feet in front of him, after the second video my guess is:

Guy sees something in the woods, leaves bag behind, only carrying his camera. Starts recording, gets scared, starts running and accidentally starts recording when reaching his bag, picks up whatever he needs from the bag and his gun with a couple bullets, leaving one inside, and just drops the rest.

Probably ended up shooting the thing chasing him. Also, at the beginning of the second video, something red flashes on the screen, possibly his leg with a big scar? Maybe it's just a rope or a belt though, very hard to tell.

Also, when the camera is dropped, nothing passes near it, which is weird, he was either seen by someone or chased by the plane. Or just so scared from what he saw in the first video.

So hard to tell what may be going on in the first video, the fact that it has no sound unlike the second and apparently nothing to see is mind boggling. Seeing the behaviour of the brushes prior to the zoom-in it pretty much looks like wind effect, an animal of some kind just can't move it so violently by going under, neither you can see a hand shaking the brush.

Whatever scared him was either out of the picture or some kind of sound.

guys, not to burst your bubble or anything, but the sound you hear at the end is the sound of a low flying jet. From the pictures posted in the previous thread, we can assume that the owner of this camera was tresspassing on to government property. The jet pilot was most likely notified somehow, and sent to check it out(hence why you see camguy ducking into the brush). Most likely, camguy was out in the open, where he could've been able to be spotted very easily, so he made a run for it as soon as he heard the jet getting close or circling around.

I'm sure it's nothing paranormal and cam guy is either ok, or locked up for tresspassing on government property.

Thanks OP in advance, because the way you ran up the hill, and then fell, proved what happened to the cameraman... there's no military nor gunfire... it's just the sounds of the rocks and air, and the camera falling... Now I'm 100% porcent that:
-photos and videos weren't shooted at the same location, photos were taken in the area near the argentia base, and videos where OP found the camera and bag
-Cameraman heard that and tied to investigate, but when the creture was near, or he saw it, he started to ran just like OP, frightened dropped the bag, fell, his hat fell and the camera too

In my opinion i think the cameraman was near the argentia base, the canon location, when he heard the creature and then tried to follow the sound, and that's why he ended where the stuff was found, i don't quite remember how far it is, but this could be... or they could be 2 different trips...

I was talking about that alarm. I used to study in this small town where the alarms just like that started playing at a specific time of a day. Those fences are also familiar to me.
If I remember right there were a bird noise after the alarm also? If you would like to tell me what part to listen to in that video I will and I could try to expreriment with some programs I have on this computer. I just have to fix this real quick.

This was filmed with a go pro. The sound quality of gopros is pretty pore when it's in it's protective casing. The sound could be distorted because of that.

Now, we need to discuss to where OP was running, considering in wich order the things fell.. bag-hat-cam or cam-hat-bag that would mean that or the cameraman was running to the road, and the only way to explain the distance from the bag is that rolled with the hat and then separated (pic related; you can see leatherish material in the video, like the one that is made the hat) oooor, the cam dropped first, then the hat and then the bag, but meaning that cameraman was running at the opposite side of the road, which is illogical...

You went to a construction material dumpster, there are tracks on the road indicating recent activity since it appears it rained recently, not long ago before you were there there was a lot of traffic activity hence the tracks are still present.
What's weird is that most appear to be of light vehicles not much different from bicycle tracks, which is odd considering only heavy trucks would go there, but then again that rubble doesn't appear to be new.
In conclusion this is a place where cyclists go often, you should investigate from there.

I wanna say cam-hat-bag. The camera probably fell out of the bag because it wasn't zipped up properly when the camera guy ran up the hill. At the top of the hill the wind probably blew his hat off and he didn't care to go back and get it. And also the way one of the straps of the bag was hanging over the side of the hill by a branch suggests the video taker had the bag on his back with one strap or over his shoulder. When he tried to slide down the hill the bag got hooked on the branch but the guy kept running regardless.

Hey this is OP or Sniffles or whatever the hell you're calling me now. The CD I found had an odd video on it that I will be trying to upload to my channel sometime in the bear future. The other camera had no SD card in it so no info on that yet. I don't know why you would bring a camera with you and not have an SD cars in it. Which probably means someone has the card or it is lost.
