I've had several dreams about a being w/a diamond/rhombus shaped head, 3 eyes, and robe/cloak that changes color/texture.

Can't exactly decipher your dream because you are the one who dreamt it. You are your own interpreter. Although looking up symbolism in dreams can help you geater.

yes, your third eye as in your brow chakra gate. It is necessary to work on all your chakras though, not just the one. meditation helps alot, but so do other outside activities

I'd like to check out yoga. It's an over saturated field, can anyone point the the way to a good book or anything? Also advice? I don't have a teacher available and I've heard yoga can be dangerous without guidance.

I was curious if this was astral projecting.

So my strongest lucid dream experience had me levitate from my bed,I felt a body high and fly around outside(i was lucid dreaming.) It was incredible...has this happened to anyone? Ironically it was before a robotics tournament..they arent really stressful but,I am a captain...could a big event trigger this?

I don't remember ...I was highly euphoric I remember flying around then I started flying to the woods outside my house I got scarred thinking I could be hurt but, realized I was in control and only dreaming then I was flying super fast around my garage and it was exhilarating.

It would probably not be a good idea. Schizophrenia can lead to intense delusions which may turn a spiritual journey to total separation from reality. If you do I would exercise strict caution.

As for drugs and alcohol, keep it limited since addiction can lead to unwanted aggression and vulnerability. Along with the physical symptoms each individually causes. Although, some shamans used them for rituals as another way to reach a temporary and artificial sort of spiritual experience.

Hope you anons can help. I was doing a reiki treatment on my boyfriend, cleaning his chakras then trying to infuse them with energy. I felt them be cleaning but when I asked him he said he felt "stuff go out but not come in". I got a feeling while doing the treatment that there was repressed things and focused on his throat chakra so we could speak on it. He told me how he grew up in a cult, as a Jehovah's Witness, and how it was traumatic being stifled in every way, not being allowed to express himself freely, or be inquisitive and that they put a lot of fear into him.

My question is this. After our talk we agreed this trauma might have something to do with why his chakras are blocked and why he is not fully receptive. What can we do??
