Another martial artist here. Breathing and focus will allow you to control it. Nothing magical. It is a force of some sort, but a natural one.

The concept of chi/qi is life force in its entirety, which can be used to heal or inflict damage. Energy in the western world is more about powering... like "yawn i'm tired i need more energy."

With training and practice it is very simple to control. Like I said, learn to breathe properly, learn how to focus properly, and you'll have it down.

I remember this dream that I had one time, I can only give you bits and pieces because it was a long time ago and some of it is kinda personal.

This is going to be long so I am going to try to break it up. I recently had a fallout with a friend over something stupid. However, I have been having dreams about them recently.

Second dream, for some reason I was in thier mail room and their box was filled up and taped off.
