Hi guys
First a quick run...

OK now, I'm not going to get into details but, 3 weeks ago, meditating alone in the forest 2pm full sunny day.... I started to felt weird, I opened my eyes, a BAM.... NOTHING, so I started my meditation again, started to feel weird again.... I opened my eyes and nothing, lay on the stone that I usually meditated, looked up and the scariest shit of my life, huge black triangle hovering me.... No lights no sound... 30 secs pass I did not moved, did not move... Blink and it's gone.... Get on my bike, start the ride back, get home, open the door, looked at the clock... 5pm -FYI meditation place is 20 mins from my house
.... Now I say to my self, oh great you just lost 3 hours great....
Now this is why I'm posting here...
Start to notice weird small stuff at home, small details, things moved, my dogs started to get distanced from me...
GF started to fight all the time
Feel depressed all the time
Fast forward to yesterday
I was in my living room, my dogs(3 malinois) started to acting weird and left
Started to feeling weird again... The exact same feeling... 2 feets from me I notice that my dogs shed hairs start acumulating in the middle of the room, slow but constant movement in circles, starting to freak out tryed to move but I was fucking paralyzed... scared AF....
In the middle of the room, something started to form, I don't know how to explain it but it has no color it was like a cloud of glass, i can look through this thing, everything looks distorted... Still paralyzed... 20 secs pass... And I felt like the gravity went from 1g to 10g I one sec. Closed my eyes and boom everything went to normal.

Guys I'm fucking scared
I did not tell anybody

Not sure what to do... Not sure what to thing.....

So I'm a semi truck delivery driver with a partner that runs through Mt, delivering to smaller towns. I've been doing the same stores for 7 months( him 1 year) and what happened last night was way out of the norm. This particular stop is closed when we arrive at night so we are the only people in there. It started with opening the door to the dim store front when I hear a "hey!" I jumped but realized it was just something playing on some radio in the store. "They never have music playing" my partner said confused. "Weird" I said wheeling my hand truck into the cooler. Delivery done I left my partner in the back room to use the bathroom. I was at the front counter when the sound of a cooler door closing slightly shut on the opposite end of the dark store. That made me stop and really listen but what I realized was the "music" wasn't music but a really short audio loop. It wasn't English but it sounded like " aye batta bat tta ta" or "aye va da ta va" it was crackly and popped like Vynle almost, and sounded like a sorta old women maybe? But the sound was coming from the dark end of the store soooo fuck that I got that tearie eyed overly fear feeling I really don't know why, the feeling something or someone was there. I just knew to leave as I slowly backed out keeping an eye on the darkness. My partner got into the semi a min later complaining about the same like disparity type feeling without me bringing it up. (he is twice my age and doesn't seem to scare easily) the kicker was a fucked up coincidence that an old 70s song about some women devil is chasing you down and you better run played over the radio. We looked at each other and had a very uneasy laugh but we stopped laughing when that same fucked up sound "aye bata bat batta vat" cut through for a split second. We both went silent and didn't want to talk about it.

Hey, I think I had sleep paralysis last night. Here's the story:

>be me shitty sleep schedule
>finally go to sleep
>eyes open (I think) and can barely move
>was on side and somehow get moved onto my back
>see faint lights as I turn
>hear a voice "HELLO"
>wake up panicky
Is this sleep paralysis or just a crazy nightmare? I'd really like to know and feel like /x/ is the best board to ask.

Bare in mind I've NEVER had something like this before.
