I have a question regarding astral projection. Just how "still" do you have to be? For example, each time I try to pull this off, I get an itch on my arm or foot etc. and I try to fight the urge to scratch the itch because I feel like it will break the astral projection progress and I will have to restart. The urge to scratch my itch becomes so bad that I'm no longer relaxed however and I can't focus. What's the right thing to do here? And also, is it okay to swallow the saliva that collects in my mouth, or does that break the process as well?

That's just the exposure of the camera adjusting. Go take a photo of the sun, but expose for a shadowy area like the buildings. Notice how the sun becomes a bright white, often blowing out large sections of the sky as well, but the buildings are now brighter and exposer properly.
Then go do the same, but expose for the sun, and notice how it is smaller, less white, and the buildings are darker.
This is basic fucking photography.

So I experienced something really weird one time when trying hallucinogens, that I've never been able to explain, and made me start reading into astral bodies.
Is there any circumstances when you're supposed to be able to see the astral form? Because I think that's what I was doing this time.
Trying salvia, years ago. You see all sorts of odd things, but you still have a real clarity of awareness that you don't with some other drugs.
The weird thing was this, my roommate walked out to see what was up, she's this real pretty Indian girl, and I could, at will, see her completely naked. Like a switch, I could turn her clothes on and off.
Talking about it later, and it made me wonder if what i was seeing was her astral body as opposed to her physical, normally dressed one.

What do we do as a species? Our world is controlled by this hidden cabal of rich assholes who are in power. They limit us as a species and control us like cattle. Our civilization could be elevated to a galactic level where we could explore other realms. And communicate with other species. Are these people so concerned about themselves and money that they can't see the bigger picture of what free energy would mean for society as a whole? To add to what I said I think their bigger picture might to be to have us be the bad guys. They want to do to other planets to what they did to ours. They want to get the military and the people to think that all aliens are bad guys and that they want to kill us. They can control us in this way. That way in the future people will go along with whatever agenda they come up with to get other planets resources. Go to war with other planets etc.
