Can someone please help me. I am trying to research what the afterlife might be like. I guess no one knows for sure but I've read up that the dead do not suffer the living. They do not eat, or have senses like smell or taste. They are just a form of energy with their past life still intact in their mind. They don't talk as the living does but through energy such as thoughts. Does this sound about right? Is there a book that you can recommend that isn't complete horse shit.

I lost the closet person in my life yesterday and stayed up all night trying to talk to them and never got an answer or any sign or nothing. I'm getting off topic but please help me understand the afterlife please.

I'm sure there's someone around with more or less decent understanding of Voodoo/Vodun. I have some questions I hope I find the answers to from you.

1. How useful is it as a form of practical "magic"?
2. What are the implications and risks connected to practice?
3. What literature would you recommend to get a better understanding of Voodoo/Vodun as a structured faith, as well as its history?
4. What literature would you recommend to understand the basic principles behind its use?

I had a dream a while where I approached this big manor in the middle of seeming to be nowhere. As i made my way inside, i notice the building is decayed and extremely dark. There was a staircase leading to seemed to be only one room on the second floor, I climb the stairs and i make my way into a big room
but instead of an ordinary room it was a small chapel with a giant crucifix of a horrendous, deformed and surreal of what seemed to be jesus, but it was extremely thin and had a narrow face (pic related)
But just yesterday i had a similar dream where i revisited the site but i didn't go up the stairs as i was too afraid to see the anomaly.
This dream has really freaked me out and I wanted to share my dream because i wanted to talk about it but i didn't know who to tell.

I was wondering what you guys think about this.

Last year, I went to visit my grandmother in New Mexico. I slept on the living room couch due to the fact that there were many relatives over. Her living room has about five large windows that allow anyone to see out into the city. During my visit, I would watch the night sky as I fell asleep. One night, I saw a bright flash of green light above the horizon. The only thing I could think that it looks like would be that green light from the Pirates of the Caribbean series.

Any thoughts on what it might have been? Or was it purely scientific?

Note: I also looked up any sightings the day after; I returned with nothing.

What does /x/ think of those solar watchers capturing abnormalities surrounding the sun correlating with solar storms?

Do you think the ayylmaos are shooting beams into the sun? It happened in 2012 and 2014 but there was nothing captured in 2016 when the solar storm almost hit us (which would cause a global EMP event knocking us offline)

Years ago I stumbled across a bunch of audio from NASA of a guy in orbit describing a UFO. I remember him saying it was something like "definitely not human" because it was traveling too fast and moving directions.

I can't find it now. Does anyone have it. I'm actually pretty unsettled that I am scouring and it can't be found.

Hi to everyone, thanks if you are giving me a bit of your time.

I need help, I really do, and I fear my struggles alone won't keep me going for long so I had been, in a way that makes me feel very selfish, thinking about try to seek help beyond my usual grasp.

help me /x/. ive been in an existential crisis for several years, and things have gotten worse in the last few months. so bad in fact that I cant live a normal life anymore. the ¨not knowing¨ of why were here, where we go, etc kills me. the current standards of society make me sick. i literally sit around my room all day and I feel like im becoming a fucking mental patient. ive tried going outside more, being in nature, exercising more, nothing works. ive reached a certain ¨cosmic awareness¨ where I see the insignificance of myself and everything I could ever do and the only conclusion ive reached is that i want to die. I want off the ride. at least then I either find out what happens next, or at least become free from this mortal prison.

I'm talking the blackest of the black developmental technology we have out there. Given to us by Skunkworks and or Boeing Phantom Works. What kind of technology goes beyond 3D Printing and our modern use of Physics? Has any fellow anons had the opportunity to work in such places as Skunkworks? If so what was/is your experience like?
