A fruit hands from a tree and has a very long stem. At first it looks like an apple, but now it glistens like a cherry as the stem suddenly takes on a curve. I'm seeing a heavily stylized "L" written in very odd script, with the "L", this is a hand done work of art. It feels like an introduction from someone who carries weight with their name, if that's the first letter of a name. A top hat, like a magician's hat, but on a random person sitting down who seems unaware of it. It feels very whimsical if a bit annoying. Pages of a book turn, and a hand reaches out to catch them before they turn too quickly. A flower is between several of these pages.

To me it says that you're going to put doing something off until it becomes undone. The apple becomes a cherry. You will have met someone who is very important in some fashion, and be frustrated by the unconscious sleight of hand of a peer. It will feel like life is moving too fast, but you will have to make the time to catch something important and in doing so find something that you treasure.

Five years is a long time though. Plenty of time to steer differently.
