Today after listening to gamma waves i felt a little bit alert.

I also felt a tiny bit of emotional energy will power to slightly hype myself up positively. About my surroundings(a tiny slight almost bit)

But shouldny i be using alpha? I heard gamma waves make you overthink things and make you lesd emotional.
I wanna feel the deepest good emotions and be fully alert and not in a dream state.
And i need emotional energy and be normal.

Whats the best waves for that?
Ive had depersonalization. For 2 years but it was at iys worsed around the begining of this year.

So my long time gf from Mexico gave me this as a gift. I said thanks and put it away since I don't exactly believe in wearing stuff like that.

My brother who says he's "into" the occult and stuff saw it and asked me what it was, after I explained to him that it was a gift. His eyes lit up and he said that I MUST wear it because it has great power especially since it was given to me by a loved one.

I don't know much about this stuff but I have noticed that my luck seems to be either really bad or really good whenever I wear it. Is this for real? Should I really wear this thing for protection?
