Cinnabar is a red rock made of mercury and sulfur, from which both can be obtained. Presumably, the philosopher's stone can be made by recombining them in the right way, but I don't know how that works. In any case, the mercury makes it all dangerous.

I hadn't heard of "red mercury" before, but it seems to be something to do with atomic weapons? And possibly fake? So... meh.

I'm a man in my 20's and I'm still pretty unsettled by the dark. I don't use a nightlight or anything but sometimes I sweep my room with my phone flashlight to make sure nothings out of place or that I don't have any company.
I have no formal diagnosis but I feel as though I may have a mental illness as I sometimes get strange ideas about situations that scare me. I live in a house built on an incline, so my you enter the house from the second story. Sometimes when I'm going up the stairs, if no one is downstairs I get paranoid about something grabbing my legs from behind so I speed up. Other times if I'm looking down the stairwell I'm afraid something's going to pop up down there.
I'm also super paranoid about home invasions, I'm going to purchase a gun soon to ease that fear but I sleep like a rock and I'm always worried about someone breaking in and the little dogs barking won't wake up me or my fiance and we'll be murdered in our sleep or caught off guard.
The weirdest of all is that I have to make sure things are in place or set up a certain way before I go to sleep. Make sure my sliding closet doors aren't wide open but not closed all the way either. I double check, triple check, quad check almost all the windows in the house and all the doors in the house before I can even THINK about falling asleep. If I neglect these things before I go to bed the feeling of absolute dread and fear is too overwhelming to sleep.
I'm also horrified of reality glitches, the diverter on my bathtub faucet broke so we can't take showers until that's fixed. Being in the bath makes me uneasy as I have a strange fear in the back of my head that some ugly horrible fish monstrosity is going to be in the water if I turn I look away for too long.
All of these weird fears materialized when I was a teenager and were a lot worse back then, as I get older they're getting a lot less severe and most of the weird fears and other shit I had are gone now, and the rest are getting better.

You know how people usually say follow your dreams and all that shit? Yeah, ignore it, unless your dreams are practical. There's a lot of Pentacles in this spread, telling me that you need to go on a practical path. Do something you would find decent and land you a career when you finish because that's what school's for not to study movies, for instance. The first thing I thought of when I saw this is economics or accounting. You would actually find yourself having some natural talent for these subjects and it would open up a lot of other avenues for you.

Also, are you conducting some kind of research about the people that visit this forum? I dreamed about visiting someone in an office last night.
