Why do old alien films and documentaries make aliens look like they're all the same? Same body, same eyes, same hair (or lack of)

So... ever since I remember, everytime I had any fever, I would have the same exact dream everytime.

It's a labyrinth of metal, I spend the entire dream just walking around the labyrinth, and very often, I would hear a very loud scream, and the labyrinth would start shaking a lot, like a very strong earthquake, it's horrible. this only happens when I have some fever, I don't understand why, but it always happens.

Why does no horror game go balls to the wall batty anymore? The last I remember it was Silent Hill 2 that did that and it was one of the best horror games of all time.

No horror games where the walls of the world could be made of the rotting skulls of the damned, the vinyl records screeching the songs of lunatics and on the face of every NPC marks of sorrow and marks of woe. It's all just Amnesia clones or just dull jump scares.

This is about sharing my own experiences with it, so that pple can know some of this.
I received some esoteric knowledge since childhood, I grew up in science and I'm very skeptic but I keep an open mind.
What I learned esoterically about fap, is that wasting one's seed causes energetic draining, as in life essence. Also that one gives birth to energetic parasites behaving as larvae. The more you fap, the more they proliferate, grow and stuck. Per definition, they become a succubus. The qt anime sexy teen girl with wings is nothing but anime. The truth is much worse. These entities drain your energy, making you feel weaker and loosing your willpower. You become lazy and demotivated, tired, sleepy etc. My dreaming went away too.
But the weirdest thing that ever happened to me while on that dark period, was the appearance of living creatures from nature's "underworld". Specifically, spiders. Big, nasty ones. It began happening like a clockwork. Every time the fap was too much, a spider appeared in close proximity to where it happened. I've been gradually stopping since then. Spiders have not been seen again and I feel once again more "empowered". Also my dreams have returned.
Science says something about ejaculation being beneficial for the prostate (not sure if this is right or the opposite). Sex with someone is even more beneficial. Overall, it is said that you should have sex ofc, but with moderation. When you're at that place of no gf, sex is harder to get and fap looks like an option for tension liberation, but after my experiences, I can't help to wonder if the risks outweigh the benefits.
Anyone with similar experiences?

I think my friend just went MIA after seeing something he wasn't supposed to see. He called another buddy of mines and sounded frantic--saying that if he disappeared it wouldn't be a mistake.

He's not the type of guy to pull this shit. His numerous facebook posts in the last few hours are hard to make sense of. He's either high on something or he saw something that left him that shaken. He's an engie who got internship at intel, role model is Elon Musk. Here's his latest post:
