Holy shit /x/. I was surfing the waves on my HAM looking for intresting stuff as I usually do, and I came across this: https://clyp.it/n4huqz2c# . I'm not sure what the fuck it is, but it seems it has been transmitted deliberately as there is barely any noise in the recordings at all. I found these signals at 3761.39kHz, on the bandwidth of 6.59 kHz @ -6dB; 7.05 kHz @ -60dB 80m. I've got more clips if you want them, but its never like anything i've heard before. In one of them, it sounds like a voice. I am just an amateur so i haven't been on air that long, can anyone explain this? I can upload more clips if intrested.

This is all i was able to get before nothing static came back. I haven't tried going back to it yet, as i think it changes frequency because i was only able to get about 30 secs of audio before it changed.
