I'm a third-year college student and I've never really done anything very important or performed especially exceptionally in any subject. All in all, I'm bored with my life. Every day I sit around after class and just waste away. I find it hard to even partake in my hobbies anymore.
My question is this; what can I do with my life? I need a cause, a purpose, I need to feel like what I do every day is actually WORTH something. How can I feel more enlightened, more intelligent and connected, more focused and spiritual? ANY suggestions are greatly appreciated, whether they're miniscule or grandiose in scale. I am aware that what I'm about to say is a small, insignificant occurrence but it was odd nonetheless.

Now I should add that measurements when making different parts of a cabinet are a little confusing. The back must be 3/4 in less than the measurements of the box whereas the rail for the lowers must be 1 5/11 in shorter. this is so the back fits into the joints of the box and the rail sits between the walls without obstructing them. So, if i had a 27 in box, the back would be 26 1/4 in and the rail would be 23 11/16 in. Yeah, confusing, but it makes sense when you put it together.

The missing 1/2 in was Friday. This is likely to be unrelated but today, I loaded up the staple gun with a fresh set of staples and I only got a few backs done before it was out. Also, I didn't sleep well at all last night which is highly unusual for me and while I was writing my story, my Mom called asking what I wanted for dinner and said she didn't sleep well either.

what with all the wifi, cell tower, and other (possibly nefarious) waves bouncing around in the air these days, have any of you actually ever tried wearing a tinfoil hat?
i think i'm going to try it this evening, just because i've been hearing an annoying high-pitched whine that i think is either coming from my TV or my neighbor's house.
i don't suffer from any mental illness (as far as I'm aware) and am not doing this to get away from any sort of outside interference. I'm just curious about if it might have any effects on my mental state, positive or negative.

No I think some one did an actual study on it and it actually has the potential to amplify or attract the signals. You can't really hide anywhere especially from stuff like The Hum which is an elf the military was using for military stuff. The only option left is to go into the wilderness and build cabin and even then you're fucked because thats where they keep putting the radio towers. The only advice i can give you is to get rid of any fluorescents becuase those give off a high pitched noise.
