As per usual, no Flat Earth advocate in the last thread was able to present a mathematically sound equation or reproducible experiment which denies, undermines, or overturns modern understandings of physics, cosmology, and geography.
ITT I propose a few friendly suggestions:
>No gish gallops. Ten point maximum for the ease of ongoing discussion.
>No deflection. If you think a notion is false, don't change the subject, undermine it by presenting your math, experiments, and findings.
>No well-poisoning. Yelling about shills, jews, freemasonry, w/e, is only a diversion when asserting the mathematical or experimental soundness of a given postulate.

Though they did manage to assert that gravity didn't exist, the universe is rotating despite that requiring changes to basic physics formulae that don't bear out in experiments, and that despite there being a great deal of Foucault pendulums active throughout the world none have ever actually existed.

Do you ever get that feeling of....the dreamlike nature of reality? Sometimes as I'm driving off to sleep I feel how truly odd it is that anything exists and that my own existence has no real context. That The mysteries of the universe are painfully mundane and that when you die is when life really begins, outside of this universe.

Essentially all experiences are the same, there is nothing other than awareness behind them.

Nothing is paranormal. If the paranormal exists, it must be explainable. If it is explainable, it is normal. If the paranormal is normal, the 'para' prefix becomes redundant, and thus it is normal.
Therefore everything has a logical explanation, and there is no reason to be interested in many things considered to be 'paranormal'.

So, /x/, I'm going to go on my first urban exploration trip after payday next week Monday, probably the weekend coming in that week.
Now, I've found a few places (pic related, a place I have on my list) looks really fuckin' fun.
I need guidelines, can you guys recommend a good respirator (preferably half-face, since I'll be climbing and don't want a huge lumb on my face), my head is pretty small and also a good headlamp. My maximum budget for either is £50.

What the fuck happened to her? My questions:
What happened in the video? I guess psychotic episode is the most common theory, but I think there is more to it... was the video edited before release (maybe there was someone in it that didn't wanna be seen)? Maybe the hotel was trying to cover their asses?
Same with the water tank: why would they lie and say the tank was left open? Obviously even if they left it open they would't tell that to the police...
Also: the hotel staff said they saw her alone the whole time, but who did really see her that day? She didn't check out, and nobody saw her get into or out of the elevator. And nobody saw her go up to the roof...
The whole thing is just so weird to me.

Could the known code expert, bomb designer and cold blooded murderer Theodore Kaczynski have been the Zodiac, who shared all those same qualities and traits? Kaczynski taught at U Cal Berkeley from 1967 to 1969, a position for which he interviewed in the Fall/Winter of 1966. So he was in the SF Bay area for all the key dates of Zodiac activity. In all the public records, there are no conflicts between Kaczynski and known Zodiac murder and mailing dates. An attorney for Kaczynski said that no ailibi's could be presented for any of the Zodiac murder and mailing dates between 1966 and 1974. A witness has placed Kaczynski at the scene of the East Coast Zodiac type knife murder of fellow U of M grad Betsy Aardsma in the Penn State University library on November 28, 1969.

One very interesting fact: Zodiac said on 9/27/69 to Bryan Hartnell that he had escaped from "Deer Lodge, Montana", an obscure but beautiful small town that has a state prison. How many people in California would have heard of that town, and why would it be on their minds that they would mention it? I think the number would be very small. But Ted had just driven through or by this tiny town in the middle of nowhere with his brother weeks earlier, and he remarked how beautiful an area it was. It made such an impression that it was within an hour of where Ted would buy the cabin he would live in the rest of his life.
