Hey /x/, I'm going to my grandmother's cabin up in bumfuck nowhere tomorrow, and need some spoopy greentexts/stories/whatever.
To get the ball rolling I'll start with a real short story from my friend's perspective (She was at my house and told me. I don't have many scary stories honestly. Anyways.)

>Have my dumb friend over
>Together we're really dumb, but make a good team
>Hanging out in living room, ask if she wants to watch some shitty UFO documentary
>She doesn't really want to talk about anything related to ayy lmaos
>I question her, she goes on about how she's seen UFOs
She was traveling back home from the south when she hallucinated in the car, kinda. It's a bit foggy but she blanked out and saw a figure, they told her something like "Be warned" and she woke up in her room. Since then she's seen white figures in her window.
>I try to reassure her about her experiences and we decide to just go upstairs and torrent spoopy movies
>Her mom is pretty pyscho, decides to call at 11pm about something
>No service, friend goes outside to answer
>I fuck around in the bedroom waiting
>She comes back after about 20 minutes, eyes big as saucers
>Ask what's wrong
>She jabs my leg with her finger pointing and says "there was a man"
>I figure she's finally lost it
>Go downstairs, dad's in the kitchen and my brother's in the basement
>Look outside, don't see shit
>She swears up and down that there was someone on my front porch
>She said she went out the back door to the front porch and saw him
>Stared at each other for like two seconds then she turned and left, figured it was my brother smoking at the time
>Thought about it, this guy was tall, like real tall, at least 6'
>Skinny as fuck but had a huge pot belly
>Skinny like emancipated, there was a gap between the upper arm and chest
>Can't see face, too dark
>Not my brother
>No one had been outside
>We live in a small area, no neighbors look remotely like this guy
I still don't know what she saw.

i had a strange dream tonight. dreamt i heard orchestral noises in a random rhythm, super loud in my kitchen. Sounded like people banging on drums and blowing trumpets and what not.
So i started pushing on it with my shoulder, holding the door handle up so whatever was in there couldn't get out.
It started trying to push me away and rattled the door handle.
then i started hearing animal growls and noises like a bed squeaking.
i looked down on my feet and saw lights emanating from under the gap in the door, pulsating and what-not
then the door pushed me and slid me forwards and a bright light emanated from within the kitchen and a loud, digital sound was hear, and i woke up.
I don't know if it was a dream or something that really happened, but i could have sworn linustechtips declared his love for communism on a recent stream and held up a new communist shirt design they were coming out with.
I still don't know if this really happened or not - i looked through my youtube history and saw i had watched a LTT stream yesterday and scrubbed through the video but saw no commie shirt.
Is it normal to not know if something is a dream or reality?

Why is it that animals, mostly cats and dogs from what I've seen, can sense or see paranormal presences better than us? Yeah people can sometimes feel it or see ghosts from time to time but animals seem to have that shit 24/7
I know for a fact that my house is haunted and I had a dog over one time. This dog went fucking nuts. It started barking at seemingly nothing, running all around, jumping off the fucking walls, and eventually gave up and started whimpering. Meanwhile i couldn't sense shit

It might have something to do with being able to see into regions of the spectrum we can't, hear frequencies of sound that we can, and smell far more acutely than we can. So maybe you have ghosts, or maybe it's just that your walls are full of earwigs.
