I don't know anon, but i've learned that sex is some really fucked up shit. Unless you are with a partner who is indeed connected with you, on a spiritual level, you are probably just spraying your energy all over the place. Masturbation with porn is the worst of these, you are literally jacking off to an image and tricking your senses.
Think of it like this, our entire purpose for living has been to sex and evolve and survive, intelligence has supposedly only developed in humans recently. Imagine self awareness as like this seed in the world DNA(genetic code of all life on earth) that has a chance to blossom into the flower of divine intelligence.
But, we need a way to get to that point. Sex was that way. Blind lust with the energy of the entire universe. Do you think dogs and cats and ants give a flying fuck about 4chan? or Cars? or the latest fucking CNN? No, they just eat fuck sleep freeze die. Just trying to hold on for the chance to be right here, right now, sitting at your computer looking at these words. To return to the blind state that has propelled you into the realm of the gods, the knowledge of good and evil, is to throw away the greatest gift anything could ever receive, to be God.

Another way of thinking of it is like having sex all the time is like a car running on fossil fuels, it pollutes the environment a shit ton, is super slow and inefficient, is loud, noisy, and all around just smells like shit.
Being celibate is like a car the goes through multiple dimensions, can fly, and travel at light speed (think rick's ship from rick and morty if you know it.) Theres nothing waying you down.

Self denial/torture is only real if you still really want the thing. Contemplate for years and years why you want to have sex. Even if you end up still doing it, contemplate and be aware!
