Ive lived an honest life, im 35 years old now i started lying when i left on a vacation for summer in Hawaii
It was spontanous decision i made to begin to just lie, at first i just came up with an alias when i started meeting other people on vacation, as i met more and more people i told them false info about myself just basic stuff
i realised people liked me more when i told them i was this other person ladies gravitated towards me more, i got back home recently and started doing the same, just out right lie to people.
I havent been lying to people that actually know me but just strangers that i know i wont meet again, i figured when i tell people the real me they just arent interested its almost like a wall between us, but my false alias has proven to make people like me and gravitate towards me.

Is Wicca just roleplaying?
I am looking for an alternative religion that embraces tradition, individual freedom, nature, and power. I thought Wicca was interesting but it seems almost plastic.
I'm looking for a religion that takes into account a wide range of deities like the Greek Pantheon, or something that looks at all the gods thus far as real and unique.

Anyone else have reoccurring dreams?
I've had the same kind of dreams for as long as I can remember, which is since I was about 12. Before that I don't have many memories at all really
It's not like "oh I dreamt I was chased again!". It's actually like I'm somewhere else completely, some town that I can actually recognize and recall by now. I've dreamt of this place so many times now that I could probably draw a crude map over the place
Thing is, this might seem really cool. But it's been bothering me for a long time now. First of all, I don't ever recall having a good feeling in this place. It's always dark and most often very foggy, desaturated and 'grungy'. A very lifeless kind of place.

I can't remember specific characters that only exist there though. I either meet strangers or someone I know from the real world. If I meet strangers, 9 out of 10 times something bad is about to happen, strangers are ALWAYS hostile. And most times I dream of someone I know, something bad happens to them instead.
Even if bad things do happen, I don't wake up. I have a few very vivid memories from a couple of dreams. One in which I'm flung off of a cliff, while I'm in mid-air I see a flash and a huge mushroom cloud over the horizon. It ended with me getting impaled in a large field of stalagmites. I can remember thinking that I was dying and just waiting for everything to go dark while I was impaled. As I stopped breathing in the dream I eventually woke up because I had actually stopped breathing in real life too
The other time I was in a bar with people I didn’t know. I remember one of them telling me he was a police officer before pulling out a knife and stabbing me in the chest. I don’t remember feeling any pain, but the shock of my blood pouring out of my chest is still pretty vivid. I remember slumping down against a wall just thinking that that was how I was gonna die and all I could do was look down on my blood soaked hands. I remember that I stopped breathing that time too, and that things felt so surreal before I woke up and took a deep breath.
I've been trying to learn lucid dreaming, maybe I can explore this further or maybe it'll stop being so depressing. Not sure why I’m writing this, but it’s 2:30am and I don’t want to go to bed just yet.
I’ve been saving pictures that remind me of what my dreams look like, I’ll post a few. If you have similar pictures or stories then please share
