Hi, /x/. I know you're good with this stuff, so i need your help.
One year ago, I spent two to three hours working on a fake tumblr blog as an experiment. Inside the blog, there was a message written in multiple hard-to-crack ciphers. Now, it's gotten to the point where I've looked back and I can't even decipher them.
tl;dr I need your help deciphering something that I encrypted.

Things go a little bump in the night at my house. I've witnessed on many occasions, knocks and sounds coming from an indiscernible source. Even some shadowy figures roaming throughout the darkness. I have had enough of these spirits bothering me, I've decided to call the priest. He came inside and he blessed the place with his holy water, and sprinkled some salt on the cold spot areas. Suddenly a demonic growl loomed over him. He said to me that he couldn't do anything more to help me, and that this spirit was extremely hostile. He fled for his life, as he ran out to the driveway. Later one night I looked down my long corridor leading to my bedroom, as usual I saw myself looking back at me on the reflection of the window...but this wasn't me...it wasn't even my own reflection...It was an otherly world being. It stared at me with it's powerful glowing eyes in the distance. I blacked out and I woke up in the hospital, the doctor told me that I had been in a coma for almost 18 years. This was all a dream, an illusion that I thought was real. None of this what I call reality existed..only in my mind. Hahaha. That's all. Remember, the human brain is a wonderful creation. It can fool you into believing whatever it wants.

I am suffering from mind and body control.
Some of the symptoms are
- Reduction and alteration of senses
- Word, memory and thought blockages
- Fantasy and visualisation is controlled
- Manipulation of motor functions (for example back and face muscles)
- Torture in the sense of pain and insomnia
- Constant hearing of foreign voices (real people and algorithms)
- Thought transmission (it is very noticable that thoughts and feelings are caused and induced from foreign sources)
- Strong vibrations on the left side of the ear (At multiple times on the complete left side of the body)
- Hearing and feeling of low end and high end frequencies (also signal patterns)
I was manipulated from a bad state into visiting a mental health hospital (I am completely fine).
Two doctors signaled me that I was communicating with them.
Any ideas in how to shield and defend against those manipulations?
