Whats the score with the the Apollo 18 secret mission, the craft they found on the moon and the ayylium body oft referred to as the 'Mona Lisa'?

Tarot has nothing to do with spirits/entities other than those of the Tarot reader, generally.
Tarot is more about the unconscious, intuition, archetypes, etc . It can tap you into parts of yourself that you're aware of, the antipodes of the mind, but it's not a ouija board, it won't channel anything external from yourself

I had a dream I was in a spaceship, in space, but I wasn't there physically. There were three humans, and the one on the right and left shriveled up and died. The one in the middle turned to my line of vision, and she was no longer human. She had big black eyes, grey brownish skin, and chapped tiny lips. The horror on her face was so real. It almost seemed like it was something out of a movie. The way she looked at me... and then I caught a fragment of words in the dream, a girl's voice, saying, "I used to be an alien but now I'm a human." Has anyone had any dreams similar to this, or anything to share possibly..?

Normally it's just me being stuck still and panicking, which happens quite often. I've learned how to roll out of it though, unless I really start to hallucinate.
Sometimes I see the dark shapes, hear voices/weird sounds like banging the walls and in worst cases my doorbell ringing violently.
So far the weirdest shit I've seen was a tall man shape with a hat staring at me for what felt like forever. All he said was this: "I am The Third Man. I know the secret of the islands. You need to know it as well."
I tried to ask him about the secret but I couldn't produce any sound no matter how I tried.
Haven't seen the fucker since.
