While the pic is funny, the following text isn't intended to be funny.
I write this because I somehow have the feeling I need to, maybe to get answer to something I don't even know the question.
The thing is, I just remembered something about my life. Not long a go I also remembered something and shortly before that too. That's doesn't exactly sound special, however usually I don't do that. Better said, I couldn't do it even if I wanted to. I live with a few selective memories, for a while, and then they fade away and and few other selective memories pop up and mark a new phase in my life begins.
Right now, with these memories about my life, it feels like I exist in multiple dimensions at the same time.
Playing in the garden as a child, feeling the damp gras, the smell of flowers, feeling the wind...
Hitting and getting hit by a student at shool, tasting the sweet iron taste of my blood in my mouth, feeling stinging pain on my cheek, the adrenaline circulating my body, hearing the cheers and boos of other students...
Completly exhaused from work, eating some food I just made, it doesn't taste good but it's very satifying since I didn't the whole day because of work...
Writing this post, drinking my coffee...
It all feels so real, while I know it's memories, it's different somehow.

OP contrary to what you may have heard in other threads on 4chan it is actually considered a really serious thing to have your head severed and then stitched back on. It is not uncommon to feel a little disoriented after something like this, which could explain your memory problem.

I once walked into my public library to print off a resume. Sat down next to a guy who was just Googling "Taylor Swift" images and printing them off in shitty resolution in black and white. Ok /x/ I need your help to provide closure on a traumatizing moment in my childhood that over the years has stook with me and that at this point I'm not sure if it was real or not.
When I was about 7 or 8 years old, I was watching TV alone in my parents' bedroom when a certain horror scene was played as part of a commercial break. We didn't have cable and I lived in a Third world country were local channels are mostly compossed of shitty quality 90's shows and even worst reality TV, so It wasn't that strange that a commercial for a horror film would play during children's programing. Anyway, this commercial was terrifying enough for me to remerber it fairly well, but keep in mind that I was just a kid so I may have imagined a few details. This is what I recall:
It's nightime and the camera points at a horrified lady about to jump off a high store window. A young man tries frantictly to stop her but she lets herself go and he can only watch as she falls. She hits the floor and imediately looks back at him. In a split second her whole face breaks into a disfigured mess at the sound of her neck snapping. The camera now points from below at the man, He's is now crying with the voice of a baby, as if he was an actual desperate child, streching his arms towards the ground and the woman below.
I freaked out. Immediatly closed my eyes and started yelling for my parents to come save me. I never saw the commercial again and I haven't been able to find the movie either. So, any clues? Does anyone remember watching something like that? I'm I crazy? or just a pussy?

Fuck, I can't remember exactly what happened and what is just my imagination. I remember the baby crying, the high store window and that fucking scene with the lady's face deforming and the man looking down. But the more I think about details, the less clear it gets.

My best friend and boyfriend both happen to suffer from frequent sleep paralysis. They tell me stories all the time of what it's like. Sometimes they see dark figures. Sometimes those figures have identities of a real human, sometimes not. Sometimes they speak or touch them. This phenomena fascinates me. Here's one experience I've had.

Kind of a HNNNG and gasping for breathe while I panic, but not because of any sort of shadow boogy man. The other night, though, I was more in the sleep than waking, and I hear mandolin music coming from the television, which is turned on to white noise at the foot of my bed, I see. When I am fully awake, and transitioned, TV is off and music is gone. Definitely got ghost vibes then. Sedative drug makes it occur more frequently, but I think it has a dulling effect on my dreams, so maybe that is why it is mostly a physical effect for me, except for auditory halucinations

I got a few. Um, where to start. For the most part I tend to just see shadowy movement at the corners of my eyes with an over whelming sense of paranoia. The kind of feeling you have as a child when you're too scared to turn around. What's interesting about it is that i'm pretty sure that it's "fake" and my brain kind of uses it as an excuse for why I can't move, when the real reason is my body is in that sleep mode. I think this because when I do finally break out of it, I can tell the difference. In retrospect I wasn't actually paranoid, the narrative of the (hallucination) dream is just TELLING me I am. You know?
