Yes. The most important step is to make it clear that you accepting contact at that time, including indicating when you're ready to stop. Visualization works, because the brain focuses, uses a lot of energy creating a recursive shape of itself, then suddenly it stops doing that, creating a noticable window of time.
If you have difficulty imagining yourself clearly, you can look at drawings, or other art to reinforce the image in your mind. However digital screens don't work as well.
So, for example, you could create a picture of yourself sitting outside looking at a piece of paper and imagining three people who are imagining you back. This sends a clear signal that when you're outside, sitting and looking at a piece of paper that has the scene of the thing you're doing, then you're probably accepting contact at that time. And when you put the paper away, you're probably finished, so they know to end their contact with your visualization as well.
Results may vary, but if you put your heart into it, I know you can do it!

So I was going through my sketchbook from highschool and I found this picture. I remember drawing it, but not it looking so odd. As soon as I saw it I felt something in my room. Kinda like a power source almost. Like, something unholy was near. I want to ask:
If I intentionally DIDN'T try to put any power or meaning into a picture, could it still radiate, or tunnel some sort of energy?
To me the picture looks uncanny as hell, because it's on the fine line of human. I see male and female. I also see Jesus. The eyes and mouth crossed out make me feel like I actidentally made a political statement.
