How do I do this problem? The answer is D but I keep getting 9 ft using the velocity IVP. Is there a position IVP that I am not seeing?

Acceleration isn't constant so you can't use the Kinematic equations. I forget what the IVP equations are but I would just integrate.

Yeah, I'm also not seeing anything from which you could infer the initial position. And I'm getting x(2) = 9 + x(0) as well.
