Is there a graphical equalizer app for Win7 that will work across

only if your sound driver offers one

otherwise it'll only be per application i believe

now i use the one build in in my soud card driver..
there are some paid apps that offering you such function (like dfx audio enchancer)
years ago i had really crap pc, whit modified audio exit that had to be equalized otherwise my old phon had a better sound, i used some cracked version of srs audio lab..
both not very cool but could be enough
