I'd personally get the Asus one. Why? Because my current computer has a ROG Hero VII in it and I've never had an issue, even with a bent CPU pin (got it for like $170 open box at MicroCenter) I'm sure any of them would be fine though.
To me, and I might be completely off base, but a motherboard is a motherboard. A mid-range board will work just as well as a high-end one; the high-end one will just have more features. I don't mean to say go out and get the shittiest, cheapest thing you find.
If all else fails, pick the one you think looks the best
gigabyte or asus
asus is expensive and basically overkill
gigabyte is a tank
