I believe it's a Japanese song but it might be Korean. Probably from an anime but I don't know.

I've migrated computers several times since then. But yeah my first computer had 1.6gb of hard drive space, that was in 1997/8. The computer I had in 2002 or so when I got this file was 30gb I think.
