Hard drive's fucked or a partition is just corrupt.
Do a SMART check on the drive, get a new drive if you get errors.
I had this problem on my old laptop long ago. You can repair it with a windows disc and it usually holds for a while until you will inevitably have the same error.
It's kinda like holding it together with chewing gum.
run into this exact problem before, needs a chkdsk /f run from command line, you'll have to google it for syntax
